This place is fantastic and Amazing. The drink selections are tasty and flavorful. Everything they sell here is great.Not only those reasons.The Staff is the best anywhere.Excellent customer service and friendly service.That's why this Hot Shots Expresso store always has a line around the building.I'm able to get to know each staff member from watching their TikTok live stream which shows just how hard they work and at such a frantic pace.Staff mentions..Hailey co-owner and the best attitude in dealing with the customers and the staff.Morgan always very friendly and helpful and makes everyone feel welcomed there.. Mya also top notch and skilled in the way she deal's with all the people.Lots more staff there that excel you just need to go there and see for yourself. ?

I came by the morning of 01/27. I wanted to make sure my card would go through so I asked the girl if I could pay for my coffee before she made it and she told me no that they can't do that. I pointed out that if she made the coffee and then the card got declined then they'd have to throw away the coffee and she still continued to tell me they can't charge someone before they make the coffee.

Hot Shots is pretty good! I do often have to wait in long lines in the drive-thru areas but nonetheless the drinks are decent. Service is usually friendly and prompt!

Came in the other day and i think Sierra was her name was very unprofessional and quite frankly rude. Obviously rude enough for me to feel the need to write this. also upon entering the building found a dead cockroach on the ground it was just gross. 0/10 don't recommend. Just stick to Starbucks.

Delicious coffee. Fast friendly upbeat service from a unique crew of batista's that seem to truly be having a good time at work. While the service is quick I have never felt rushed by the crew and they are always working together to get the perfect coffee to the customer. Hot Shots Rocks

I debated last time I had a bad experience whether or not to write a review. After this morning my decision was made. On strike four with this business. On a Sunday morning at 9am I stopped at the Cafe for a drip coffee. They were out. I do not understand how a coffee shop can be out of coffee on a Sunday morning. Two other times at the Thain hutch and Bryden I waited in line for over 10 minutes behind the car at the front. One drink was handed out and more chatting for about 3 more minutes. Both times I asked for the temp to be drinkable. Both times it wasn't. On to this morning. After running out of drip coffee on a Sunday morning I learned to just ask for an Americano. No flavor or cream. When I get home to enjoy my coffee it is white and drowning in cream. After strike 4, I will not be back. The only good experiences I have had with this company is on Main St when Lindsey and Erica are working. You need to promote them and have them train all your employees. That hut seems to run seamlessly. Never a long wait and order is always on point.
