Hands-down, some of the worst Customer service Ive had was from there this morning. Guy at the drive-through was extremely rude over and over again from the moment I ordered our food. You could hear the attitude in his tone. Then At the window he told me to hurry so the car behind us could get their food when we had literally just pulled up and it only only been about 30 seconds while I was trying to find the Correct debit card. Then, when I gave him the wrong one Because I was feeling flustered and rushed it didn’t go through, he Rudely told me that I should probably figure out my bank account and which one has money in it and that I should pull forward again while I figure that out because he didn’t want the timer on his drive through running. I felt so humiliated and upset to be treated so rudely. Terrible way to start the day!

I stopped in and ordered a Jr jumbo jack at 1:15 am........I was asked to pull over and park and they would bring the burger out to me. It's now 1:38 am and I am still waiting. Albeit, it's late at night, but I've never had worst service. I'm going to give it about 5 more minutes, and go back through and just cancel the order!

Everyone's really nice and fun to chat and joke with but ive never been into jack in the box food and unfortunately i see too many people coming in and complaining when im waiting for doordash orders. All the employees are always good to me and i try to help out when im there and they are busy.

Every time I'm in Lewiston IdahoI've gotta stop at Jack's for my 2 tacos, mini churros., yummy curly fries and a large vanilla milkshake with whipped cream topping with a cherry on top

I was treated incredibly poorly today at this establishment. I placed a mobile order for 2 of their munchie boxes and 1 overload cake. At about 9 pm on 1/21. I got there at the time the app told me to be there. And told them I had a mobile order to which they replied “that’s too much food it’s gonna be a minute. No problem fine I can wait no big deal. So I wait at the window for about 20 minutes. The wait is not the problem of course but there was literally not a single person in the drive through when I was there. Where the real issue started is when the girl at the window slammed it open practically threw my food at me. And said here’s your food have a nice day” with a huge attitude and then proceeded to slam the window. It upset me a lot cause I I was very nice to her. I was taken aback but left anyway. Only to get home and find out I’m missing things from my order that I paid for. I lost out on money and was treated bad. So overall experience sucked but I didn’t want to call in fear of being yelled at again. I come here frequently and have never been treated like this and order pretty much the same thing each time. Do better I did nothing to deserve the way I was treated, I get people have bad days but I did nothing to you.
