This was my first time going to a Jimmy John's and most likely my last. I downloaded and created an account. My reward was supposed to be a free sandwich it said the discount would be applied at checkout. No discount. Not really this stores fault. So I paid for the sandwich and went into the store to pick up my order it was ready, but the workers were sitting in chairs talking, and weren't really interested in customer service they looked super lazy the 3rd employee retrieved my sandwich. I get home, and it's missing one of the key ingredients it was a veggie sandwich, cucumbers, lettuce cheese, and tomato with mayo and avocado spread. I also added light peppers and onion. No cucumbers to be found if you're not adding meat to a sandwich, The cucumbers are like the meat but a veggie. How could they forget this? That's what little John's #6 is. Sure, she offered to remake it, but at that point, I was already home and didn't have time to go back. It seems like this is a trend other customers say the same thing in the comments. I'm not sure how such a simple sandwich can get messed up. Guess I should have read the reviews first. The sandwich it's self did not taste fresh. The lettuce was wilted, and it was overloaded with mayo, and hardly any avocado spread it actuallytasted horrible. I think they are trying to cut corners and skimp on the toppings. Well, they're not saving infact there losing because customers won't go back. Why waste time energy and money on companies that aren't putting their best foot forward.Sorry, Jimmy John's lewiston idaho store, I won't be back.

First time and definitely the last time. Ordered 3 subs and a wrap combos between myself and 3 kids for a total of $70! We've gone to the Jimmy John's in north spokane quite a few times and the sandwiches were always full and great tasting. This branch however is the opposite. After ordering, the store called me back to tell me that they ran out of lettuce....OK, so send someone to the store and get a head of lettuce or two and chop them up...their solution was to throw in some cookies. The pictures are of my Cubano that was minimal onnits ingredients and tasted like a salt block. The other picture is my 8 year olds. Anyway, this store is a perfect example of prices going up and quality going down.

Where I live, the motto of Jimmy John's is "freaky fast." But this particular location was scary slow.When we arrived there were no employees to be found near either the cash registers or the food prep area. This too is highly unusual for a Jimmy John's, which typically has the speed and efficiency of a Ford assembly line. Five minutes later, two employees arrived. One guy both took our money and made the subs. Slowly. Also, they forgot part of our order. Once the food was done, the employees once again disappeared to their back room sanctuary. I get the feeling they aren't comfortable interacting with customers. Would probably try them again, but it's weird how they bear no resemblance to the Jimmy John's service we know and love.

The most dog doo doo Jimmy John's location of all time. Workers couldn't seem more absent minded, careless and high on something. They frequently mess up orders and take forever. Food is alright but the ownership at this location is terrible
My boyfriend and I will never eat there again. They did not get our order right and they wanted us to come back so they could remake it. No not happening and it took like 30 minutes of the drive-thru. Never

The wife and I love Jimmy Johns normally! However we order a Turkey Tom tonight and got almost no turkey on our sandwich.... Less then impressed for a $15 sandwich.

This was how my sandwich was prepared! Where's the meat??? Called and was offered a side item next time I come in .....not acceptable. Since I was working out in Asotin, I couldn't come back an ask them to finish making my sandwich. Manager didn't seem to understand.

Okay so tonight’s staff just awful we ordered no veggies all on our sandwiches and got veggies got home to find it I can’t have tomatoes or lettuce so I wasn’t happy. Normally I say no veggies and I get it. But seriously even on online orders be polite read the order some people can’t have veggies and for multiple reasons. So please teach your staff to read because I won’t drive 15 mins back to deal with incorrect food I wasted 40$ on food tonight that I can’t eat. And for reference date is 6-14-23 so you can talk to who ever your sandwich makers are tonight because like I said normally I don’t get this mishap just tonight. Otherwise it would be a five star. So I’m saying Is tonight’s staff is a one star other staff is 5
