My #5 had a hard boiled egg instead of an over easy like every other time i get this burger, and my fries had so much salt it was impossible to eat more than one, and i enjoy salt. Needless to say, i spoke to our server and she said she was going to remove the fries and speak with a manager about the burger (ate 2 bites of my entire meal) i was then notified they didnt have a manager on shift. They had to call and wait like 10 minutes just to get an answer, to which the manager told her to discount the price of an egg. Oh, to top it all off after triple checking with my server about removing the fries, she still charged me for them. Ive never been so frustrated by poor management, and i used to love this place. Anyways, double check your receipts, they apparently think its okay to give sub-par service and then steal your money!
