25 minute wait times manager of the store should be prepared short staffed or not and if you can't handle doordash orders than log out of it so us drivers don't lose money waiting on you guys to play catch

Placed an order through the drive thru. Was told my initial order wasnt able to be complete due to lack of chicken. Asked for smaller order and was told the same, and got really frustrated. May have overreacted with my frustration and said some choice words. Left drive thru and spicy chicken sandwich had no spicy sauce. Went inside disgruntled and was venting on the phone and used some swear words. A gentlemam who was a shift manager came out to go home and appeared confrontational from the start, told me to shut my mouth. A screaming match ensued out in the parking lot. The gentleman took a photo of my lisence plate and told me he was calling the cops, while screaming at me with his hands gestured out and jumping at me, while yelling at me not to touch him, and cussed at me also. General manager came out and asked me to leave. He then put his arms out and said yeah i better leave. Called general manager to discuss situation after i left and apologized for my behavior but also made it clear i felt as if the gentleman was trying to provoke me and continue the incident longer than necessary. The general manager was very apologetic and understanding and handled things very gracefully, but indicated all she could do was discuss the incident with him and keep an eye on him... but i unfortunately have a bad taste in my mouth for the establishment due to the gentleman who remains employed there as a manager and do not wish to return while he is employed for them.

Very greasy! I have eaten KFC in Bulgaria and Romania and have always enjoyed crispy chicken tastefully seasoned. Why is their product in the USA so greasy and coated with massive amounts of breading, dripping with grease?

I ordered a large popcorn chicken, and on the way home I discovered chicken nuggets. I called them back, they told me they don't carry popcorn chicken anymore. So $14 for mediocre chicken nuggets that was way too salty.

Yummy. Took awhile to got our food, but there was five of us so that might have been a problem for them. Chicken was excellent biscuits were good mac & cheese dry as dust.

This is what they gave me as a 4 tender meal for $12 . Ridiculous sizing on the tenders and about half of what the fries should’ve been. $67 in total to be ripped off . Staff was really nice and manager super apologetic but still.
