You just get greater service at the Lewiston McDonald's. The place is more caring and friendly and a place you want to go to and enjoy.

If you order on the app sometimes they tell you to pull around they are making it fresh, but isn't that why we use the app, so it's ready when we get there.

good mcdonalds but they need to stop sending customers to the drive thru wait spot for even things as little as fries. they usually forget the rest of my stuff after sending me out to the parking spot to wait. constantly rushed so they can have the shortest drive thru times. i’m not moving up for sumthing & waiting longer when it will be ready in one minute anymore. like a warmed up cookie or medium fry & u can just hand it to me. i’ve had to move to that parking spot sooooo many times and waited even longer for my food then necessary because i’ll be forgotten about. and i’ll have an item forgotten about usually when they send me there. the customer service is friendly other then that, it’s probably managers pressuring them to make ppl move to the spot for literally anything to have the shortest drive thru times possible. i always see the employees looking up at the screen wit a nervous face trying to rush me out when I have a problem wit my order or haven’t received sumthin still and want to send me to the parking space. it’s worse over time, i hate it but it’s right next to my work so i still go. it would be just as fast if they didn’t rush so much. maybe faster. after rushing me like that they usually misunderstood me in the drive thru, forgot sumthin, or send me to the spot, only for me to have to walk in to the establishment because i didn’t receive my sauce or drink. i’ve had one employee get mad at me and say they are suppose to give you your drink at the window, like it was my responsibility to remind the person at the window of that but it was early & didn’t occur to me. it’s affecting the employees because that dude was either mad at me or about to have an anxiety attack. he repeated it several times. anyways, sumthing is going on in there & i feel the negative energy everytime i pull up. you can see it in employees faces as they try to smile & jus cant. i’m going to start taking a considerable amount of time ordering so when i get to the window it’s ready. i’ll just pretend like i’m still thinking ab wut i want at dis point. the drive thru times mean nothing if all your employees & customers are slowly more miserable.

Here's a review for the Downtown Mcdonalds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND letting your teen kids work here. My 15-year-old has walked out. I pushed for her to deal with the issues but, this is TOO far. The management has zero interest in being a leader and providing the proper training or respect for others. This was my daughter's FIRST JOB. They worked her once a weekend and couldn't understand why she didn't have everything memorized. (Change the schedule and NOT notify anyone.) shes 15, has no car, they have no online schedule to check, and expects employees to stop in every day to see if it changed. They not only downgrade her for not knowing the things they SHOULD BE TRAINING FOR, they would walk away instead of taking that time to be a teaching moment. Today, she tried to explain how she knew the schedule last weekend (we stopped in monday for her to verify her weekend schedule) but, they since changed it and kept interrupting her and told her to deal with it.Chase, Brianna, and Ashley, If you cant handle guiding and training our youth, you should find something else to do. I do suggest learning how to be a better leader and stop the mean girls act.

I drive a tractor trailer and wanted to grab a chicken sandwich. The front doors were locked because it was late, which i get, but the staff wouldn't acknowledge me when i tried getting their attention as a walk up. Clearly, i can't drive a semi to the window and order. I stopped eating McDonald's specifically 9 months ago because of the abysmal quality food and utter lack of acceptable service. This just reinforces my belief that McDonald's is amongst the worst in the industry regardless of the location I visit.

Foods usually good but it’s ridiculous how some of the night staff treats people and when you spend $10 on a sandwich they charge you for sauce. Still trying to figure out how two sauces at ten cents a piece cost me 21 cents.

Everything has gotten more expensive. If you want to spend this much for a burger, you could get the same amount, better quality at a locally owned diner or....literally any other fast food place.

It's really annoying anytime you go through the drive-thru they ask you if we'll be using the mobile app? Why would I need to use the mobile app?But now when we go through the drive-thru they make you go around the building because it's going to be a few minutes on your chicken nuggets. It was actually 10 minutes. I honestly believe they are trying to force you to use the mobile app at the cost of having speedy drive-through service. Can you just get rid of the mobile app and be good at fast food service like you used to be?
