The food was exceptionally plain. I remember having it years ago and thinking the same thing. Small portions, little seasoning, no flare. The BBQ sauce was watery. Only positive was it was fairly cheap considering prices now a days.

It's been so long since I've been at a burger ranch except they have had one in auburn, wash. there's nothing too fancy about the burgers themselves except "it's the sauce that does it" but sometimes simple is best too. I do think they are good! Doesnt need to be fancy i just want it cooked well enough, as ex. I'll go to them even in the dreaded 2060's or later! LOL!! Sorry to hear some with bad experiences, bad employees at times, and such
