Would have been 5 stars if both employees made sandwiches the same way. But one girl made perfect sandwiches and the other girl ( the one wearing the subway jersey) basically just threw handfuls of ingredients at your sub without spreading around evenly. One of our subs had nothing on 2 inches of the end of the sub.

I was welcome to the store when I walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and helped me pick my sub, and the ingredients were fresh and the dressing on the sub was excellent

Usually service is great and sandwiches are neat. I order a meatball marinara almost every time. This time two meatballs were outside the sandwich. Not fallen out of the end, right in the middle. It only had two globs of cheese right in the middle of each half. The cheese was barely in the sandwich. I had to peel it off the wrap. The sauce was EVERYWHERE. All over the wrap, the outside of the sandwich. A few meatballs were burnt and hard like they sat for too long. It was a real disappointment.
