Go inside like a normal customer.... stand there for minutes to only be asked by an employee “can I help you with something” as if I’m doing someone wrong and inconveniencing them...“I’d like to place an order” I replyThey then point to the screen where I order myself... as if I’m a Drive thru or less.Their updated cold interior and lack of a give ah dam gives the normal human the feeling the company doesn’t not care about customers but solely on the $ they they can rake in...The employees there I feel are struggling, while ai takes their job.The most robotic experience so far.

Seriously just done with this store. Not only do I have to ask them in advance not to mess up my order because they almost always do, when I call to inform them I'm offered a free taco! How about quit messing up! I only have 30 mins and no time to come back!
