Went inside to get some help with the Wendy's app. It didn't work couldn't get any help with it. Why have apps if they don't work. Doesn't matter if your there or at home. Still will not work. So 1 star for overall experience. Try another fast food place that might have working apps.

i went around 3-4 ish through the drive through, the employee at the window smelled of alcohol and seemed drunk, if thats the person serving the food i cant imagine whos making it….

A pleasant surprise indeed. going through the drive through, My order was made quickly and correctly. A difficult feat for most fast food restaurants. This was my first visit here, and although the food is extremely expensive, I will return when the budget allows.Keep up the good work.

It's just an integrity issue. A grown man should not have to argue over french fries. Why would you have french fries half full? How do you serve people like that with any pride?

My card was charged for an order that was not received. Went to pick up online order cashier said there was no order placed. My card was charged for the order 2 hrs later.

I was at Wendy's and a gal named Sarah helped me out and she had great customer service she carried my tray to my table she was very professional and my baconator was on point I think the customer service is great and I will be returning.
