The other reviewer is correct when they say Auntie Anne's has got nothing on Wetzels Pretzels. My first visit to this location was disappointing. I was not impressed by anything here. My "fresh" pretzel came out of their holding hot box and was warm for about 10 seconds from the heat lamp. So I basically ate a room temperature pretzel that had been holding. Horrible experience I've seen two other drivers back out of the drive-thru because it takes forever and the lady forgets the mute the mic and drops the s word. After going in and trying to pay for the drive-thru order so I can get out of there.. now they're all worried about me, the items were just sitting there just pick him up and hand them to me. Ordered through drive in at 8:12 pm Saturday. She said it will take 7 minutes are you ok w that? Ummm you have to bake them individually to order? We sat in drive through. Finally received them at 8:20z This is a pretzel place right? They don’t have pretzels premade?? Note to owner: you need to hire more help.
