Perfectly cooked pretzel and cinnamon sugar bites, i would highly recommend those items(i got a cheese and a sweet glaze as well and they made the 10/10 experience 200% better). I was having a horrible day and these cheered me right up will be coming again!!!

slow af!!!!! 6 dollars for the smallest size of pretzel bites??? in this economy??????? still waiting in the drive thru line! ain't no way! the people behind me in line just left. also i ordered and said smallest size and they gave me like the biggest size they had! didn't want this! better taste good

I love this location, the staff is very friendly making sure to say hello or good by to most customers. they are also very accommodating to any requests or concerns. The food is also great for a small lunch or quick snack with friends.

Spent almost $16.00 for food that was inedible due to the pretzel bites being completely burnt/charred on the bottoms and the cheese sauce being cold and solidified. The kitchen was a disaster, especially the countertops and floors. Such a huge/expensive disappointment when the customer has to throw the food away due to store (oven cooking process?) errors that are surely obvious. The staff was, however, terrific... both happy and pleasant.
Staff was nice but I ordered mini pretzel dog bites and they grabbed some old ones out of the case and tried to microwave it and pass it off as fresh. Pretty bummed. Also they didn't have any mustard. Dude, how do you not have mustard at a pretzel place? You guys need to do better or you won't last.

Second time trying to give them a chance. Service is slow. They're always out of something for such a small, limited menu. It's just frustrating when you go to order and they tell you two different times that "that item" is unavailable.

I saw some not-so-positive reviews for this location and just wanted to say that I found the pretzels to be fresh and the girl who took my order was super friendly and quick If you're craving Auntie Anne's, this is your place!

Very disappointedI’ve been here 3 times and they all had very long waiting times. My first time they forgot a pretzel dog and today I went and waited 15 mins after being told that it would only be 2 mins for 3 pretzels. They gave me one and then told me to wait for the other two. I then waited 15 mins and when I got the 2 they were undercooked and had no salt in them. They didn’t even had the packaging that they normally come in. It was like they rushed it and threw it in a bag. Sadly after 3 bad encounters, I will not be going to this location anymore.

I had a good pretzel. The one star taken off is for me being asked for a tip at the register, I saw no reason to give a tip when this was as impersonal services as any fast food place.
