Wow!!! I just came here for the first time today and the costumer service I received was amazing! The people working were both so friendly :). Unfortunately I didn’t catch either the guy or the girls names but they are awesome!!! got a matcha chiller and it was so good. I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you!

I have went here since they opened and have chose Black Rock over Dutch or Starbucks but today for my daughters birthday they wanna ask me for a birth certificate or we can't get her birthday drink Lmao really she is 10. Sorry we don't carry her birth certificate in the car with us. I'm not driving home in this snow for that so here we come Dutch bros.

I have came to this location since 2019. And the coffee is always good. But lately have to many new people at once. They aren't sure how to make the coffee. So when I have to let them know what's in it need more training. I tried new location on eagle road and victory. Because it closer to my house. But I guess I will continue to drive here. Tell the other location gets coffee right and better personality.
They have a strawberry coconut drink that is a party in your mouth! Every one in my office has a different favorite! We love this place!

Second black rock location experience and about the 5th time so far (just moved here and this is by far the best coffee we've found, aside from vietnamese coffee). If you are really into a good, sweet flavor, this place will not let you down.
