Horrible attitudes from the staff. I asked for no tomatoes due to an allergy, they added extra, when I asked for it to be corrected I was greeted with attitude and wise mouth male sandwich maker. Who remade the sandwich extremely sloppy and didn’t put an of the addition toppings I requested. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend anyone support this business in the Boise/ Meridian area off.

I purchased a 3ft Blimpie best blast. It has keep going up in price . 3 years ago it was 50 dollars, last year it went up to 60 and this year is 70. The owner told me that the increase is due to post COVID-19 expenses but I don't know of any other food establishment that has gone up 20 dollars in two years. The owner mentioned the increase of cost for boxes. It's bad enough the 20 dollars increase but now the blast barely has any meat. The owner mentioned it has always been the same but the blast was shared with other people who also noticed the little meat on it. I have order several blasts over the years and it's crazy putting little meat on it given how thick the bread is. Don't bother wasting 70 dollars on a Blimpie blast. In addition the customer service is terrible.Edited review: the owner is missing the point of the review. The Blimpie Blast was shared with other people who also ate the same sandwich in the past. Those people made the same observation: this Blimpie Blast has less meat than in previous years.

We came in just before closing, the staff was fantastic and this location is my favorite they make the BEST FRENCH DIP IN THE VALLEY. Absolutely amazing thank you!!! Wonderful environment, and cleanliness is top notch

My two year old melted down the second we came in for a to go order. The staff was kind and patient and even offered him a "Blimpie" stuffed bear. Will definitely be back, though maybe I'll use the drive thru if I have a cranky toddler.

This Blimpie store on Main St in Meridian is so good; clean; efficient and loaded with friendly staff! Our orders are always done the way WE LIKE THEM! The staff are always friendly. Our to go orders are correct. When we order food for our helpful worker-friends, they've loved it all! The Moxie Java that's also there makes this Blimpie location perfect. The management staff are terrific, too. Keep up the standard of excellence, cause it shows!

Blimpie has been my all time favorite place to eat since I was a little kid. Over the years, I have seen things change throughout the chain of restaurants, which is bound to happen over time. But this Blimpie specifically in Meridian, Idaho, tastes as authentic as it gets. Everything there is so fresh, veggies are up to par, especially the lettuce, which is cut so finely, I love the crunch with vinegar more than words let me explain. This is the only Blimpie I have found, that makes me feel like a kid again. Well done, and thank you.

But this Blimpie specifically in Meridian, Idaho, tastes as authentic as it gets. Everything there is so fresh, veggies are up to par, especially the lettuce, which is cut so finely, I love the crunch with vinegar more than words let me explain.
