Fast service, the burger was perfect although I wish they had a bbq onion option. I came here growing up and I thought I remembered them having a sweet sauce option! I feel like they need a sauce revamp. I’d love them to add a sweet cinnamon sort of sauce for the yam fries, and make the chipotle, mustard and fry sauces better. And the last two times I came they overcooked the thinner fries or let them dry out a little which was disappointing since the fries are the main attraction!

Service was excellent, even came out to check on us. I didn't try the rolled ice cream attached to it but you can't go wrong with such a massive selection of fries, seasonings and sauces. Finally had their burger too and we all loved it. ?
I got really sick from eating here last night. I spent 18.29 for a single burger, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato and garlic aolio and fries no drink, to go. I got a gluten free bun due to my celiac, I was asked if it was an allergy, I said yes. I asked for my burger well done because, ground beef. The fries came with absolute no salt on them. At first I thought I got contaminated from gluten but it could have been the sauce from the self serve counter, none of those were cold I came in at 7:43 pm the produce didn't seem fresh either that was on my burger, the lettuce seemed okay but the tomato was questionable. It took me about 20 minutes to eat and it started with really bad stomach cramps immediately following eating at 8:15 pm and progressed and I was severely sick all night. I have the normal symptoms from the gluten but I just got regular food poisoning also. Super disappointed, I thought this would be an option for me having celiac but definetly not worth the risk and I am glad I asked for well done, I wish I would have read the reviews before eating here last night.

Waited 40 mins and eventually just had to leave and get McDonalds. The process was chaotic and disorganized. When I finally asked for a status update they didn’t have my ticket at all so I asked for a refund. It was going to be 30 bucks for a regular burger meal and kids burger meal. Don’t think I’ll be back for a long while.

Unfortunately this was not a good experience. Even though our order had multiple items prepared incorrectly, that was not the main issue. The ketchup was rancid as were the pickles. The were 7 of us and sadly we all had our bison and turkey burgers covered in it before we noticed. When we notified the staff they informed us there wasn't anything they could do. Almost $100 down the drain and indelible food. Left a very bad taste in our mouths- literally and figuratively.

Ordered 1 beef, 1 turkey, and 1 kids burger to go. All 3 were cold in the middle and raw. I can justify adult burgers being mid-rare but kids burgers should never come out anything other than well in my opinion. Spoke with the supervisor and they said they would fix it moving forward but I'm not sure I'll give them another chance.

Waited several minutes for someone to take my order while 3 gals were on their phone right in front of me. Finally got our order, when we opened our burgers up at home our burgers were raw. Worst service and normally the food is good atleast at the other locations. Will not be going back to this location again.

Solid burger place. No complaints, and service was very good. Lots of options for sauces and seasoning for the fries.
To be honest, been to both the one in meridian and nampa. I have not been impressed. To advertise as a fry company their fries are not great. The burgers are expensive, have to pay for cheese separately, weird but not unheard of. I did have a gift card but it is not a great go to restaurant for me. There are much better "Burger" restaurants in the valley

Restaurant is clean and the staff is nice! My family and I enjoyed a lunch on Sunday and ordered 3 unique burgers and two different types of fries. The burgers were good and nice to enjoy the condiments included. Enjoyed all the different sauces and dips offered in the restaurant, these offerings really make the dining experience unique. Our fries were cold when they arrived, not a big deal, we still enjoyed them, along with the rest of the food. This location is right of Chinden, plenty of parking and each to access off the road.

I really like this location. The staff is always super friendly and its usually not to crowded. I have to order gluten free. They have good options for that and put care into the food.

I ordered but apparently it did not send the order to the cooks. After observing others receiving their order is when I inquired and they confirmed it at the order terminal and sent the request to the cooks. Unfortunately my wife and I got our food after the rest of our group finished theirs.
