Got the 30 piece boneless wings with various sauces, and it was the worst batch of wings we've ever had. Not only did we get only 2 of the flavors we asked for, but my wife and I both walked out of BWW with our mouths and jaws hurting from the wings being so tough... Our dogs would give this place a 5 star review if only I could teach them to type. They loved the left overs!

Was there last night for UFC, very short hostess looked like she was working very hard! Despite how overwhelmed she was, she was still very kind to us; she is AMAZING. On the other hand the cashier working last night was very rude and had an attitude when we asked to check out. Server was Alivia and she was awesome! Food was overall good.

First time at this location.We ordered food for 2 adults and 1 child.As soon as the waitress came we automatically had our child and appetizer order.The fried pickle order came it was 1 fried pickle cut in slices for almost $10Our food came but we were not brought a side of veggies that were ordered but we were still charged for. We ordered a side of spicy curry sauce which was on the receipt also that we did not receive.We got only one refill on 1 soda but it was wrong.I received one drink but it was brought to us at the end After an hour.Paid $74.13 for all this.

The second we walked in, we were faced with the unpleasant attitude of the dining host, in which she acted like it inconvenienced her to put us on the waitlist. The real issue then started with Olivia, the food runner. When she first came with a soft drink (and didn’t bring a straw) she held it out in front of the table and waited for someone to take it then walked away. When she brought our appetizer, we asked for additional trays. She said no maybe your server can and then left. When she came out with a tray of 10 wings (we ordered 40) she put them on the table without saying a word. We asked where the other wings were and she said they would come eventually and left again. All interactions were incredibly hostile and her tone of voice had the same effect as spitting in someone’s face. We had to request that she not come to our table again and asked for a manager. The manager came over and didn’t introduce himself but literally asked “what do you want”. Service is terrible all around.
This is 3rd and last time will go to this restaurant. This time sat for over 10 minutes with no service not water nothing. Each time customer service gets worse. The gal seating us did not smile or even look in our
