The guy that took my order couldn’t get order right on screen says he fixed it. Get to window receipt is still wrong. I ask for the burger with onion again he is pissed off slams window. Then comes back and for four meals gives us one ranch one bbq sauce says 25 cents for more. I open my burger it’s still wrong I try to tell him and I ask to speak to manager as I’ve never had windows slammed before he says I am the manager and slams window again and won’t open it to fix order or talk. Didn’t catch name, but had watch and tattoos all over. Older like in his late 40s or early 50’s. So I just worked all day and paid for food that was wrong. We will never be back. This is absolutely horrendous service. Stick with in n out and chick fil a usually always because you will never get this type of service.

Only used to go here because it was convenient. Now I’ll drive out-of-the-way to go to the other BK. -have it your way doesn’t exist at this location. The last three visits have been horrible, employees are not trained well, especially when it comes to customer service. I now know why, after speaking to the “district manager” today. I came in for a bogo whopper via their own app and they wouldn’t accept the promo code because the digit was “too long” for their system. Talk about false advertising, I’ll be contacting the BBB as well. The DM was unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. I ended up leaving without utilizing the promo, simply because the attitude I was getting from the Oder taker and manager. I was concerned that they would do something nasty to my food. I didn’t spend a lot here monthly, probably around 60-80 dollars, but they didn’t seem to be concerned about losing my business whatsoever. I’ll never return to this location. Do better.

I come here often with my mom and dad. Their food doesn't disappoint. We often use coupons and they accept them without any hesitation. The cashiers are nice and always make sure the orders are correct. Sometimes other employees aren't as patient asking for sauces seems like a huge inconvenience to him. However the food is good. I always get the original chicken sandwich it's always good. Their fries are salty and barely need sauce, i like their ranch sauce. Drinks are good they have gotten better over time. I personally would get the strawberry lemonade. Coke is good too. The bathrooms are clean and parking isn't horrible. I do like how they have a point system as well, the app isn't hard to navigate and you can use them whenever.

It was goog THIS TIME!I've been there many, many times since they opened this Burger King in Meridian. I've been here in Idaho for 44 yrs. I can't remember when this one opened. It's been very, very good, and it's been very, very bad. I've watched them grow, having corporate come in to retrain staff, for the betterment of this restaurant.I hope they keep it open. Not that I've heard they are closing it, but with others that have left bad reviews. The guy who took my order and the guy at the window were very kind. I enjoyed my meal. ?
The staff was very pleasant, and the outside is clean but our hamburgers were WAY to spicy. We asked for BBQ sauce but they put spicy BBQ sauce on them. When I called the restaurant, they told me that what they have.I also did a survey.
Pop machine needs to be checked out all sodas taste awful... Asked for a new one and it was such a inconvenience for them... Change your Pop machine if you don't want to do your work ..
