Maybe I FIGURED IT OUT! Went today and they were out of sour cream and veggies BEFORE the lunch rush! I saw veggies on the grill and was told those are already "sold" to online orders. What?? I said why aren't you grilling more for the line of us...no answer. I said I'd like to wait for veggies and he said well you'll need to wait about 5 minutes. I waited 5 and he still didn't put them on the grill but kinda wandered aimlessly then put some chicken on. Realizing the long line behind me will be PAYING the SAME but will have limited options.... There's some kind of conspiracy at this location as they are ALWAYS out of items and conveniently at busy times. But I think it's a tactic to save money, I really do.All employees are completely miserable here and it's never clean. I eventually found a very nice employee that got me the veggies from the "sold" batch that was just sitting there for over 10 minutes. At this point as I was leaving & the employee still hadn't put veggies on the grill knowing that I was waiting for them. Plenty of other options to dine at! Don't waste your time, it's a frustrating store for far too long.

Convenient chipotle pick up lane. However, a terrible excuse for all the young kids who don’t care about their job to just mess up an order. The amount of times I have to remind them of simple items (chips, drinks, WHOLE ENTREES) is ridiculous. Since no one is watching them make the food, they just don’t care. Honestly kinda of pathetic.I unwrapped my burrito and was pleasantly surprised to find just one pile of messed up food. Burrito wasn’t even closed, just oozing out the sides and the most ill portioned food order.When it’s made right, it’s awesome. The inconsistency with this place is astounding.Also, I refuse to leave a tip if you just constantly mess up orders with zero care in the world. Pay your employees more, it’s not my job to make up for your low wages. Maybe if you paid them more you wouldn’t have to worry about poor reviews like mine.

I work near here so I enjoy coming here for dinner. The food's always fresh when I've gotten it, they do a good job.Given that it's a newish location they have had some growing pains and are getting things up and running, but they've improved a lot. They got their burrito machine working again as well!

Just clean the dining room area more often and have a little better energy by the people working the line, and this Chipotle would have a lot better rating.I've worked at Chipotle and have been going for 20 years now. The food was on point.Just clean and smile more!

This location is either not managed or managed very poorly. They haven’t had tortillas for what seems like months, floors always dirty, the grill in the back rarely gets cleaned.Editing as of 3/17/24. The location has a new tortilla machine as of like a month ago! And it seems there is new workers who are definitely better than the last people who worked there. Place seems cleaner and better run

Been coming for a while, always been poorly managed or too many kids working that don’t care about what they are doing. I would drive out of my way to go to another Chipotle that is managed correctly after the guac I had tonight.Two salad bowls with big fat slops of brown/green guacamole. Looks like Shrek had diarrhea on my dinner.Stop serving brown guacamole. Make less and more often to keep it somewhat fresh.

I had to clean off the table to have a place to seat, there was one other customer so I know they were not that busy that they could not clean the tables.Also, $2.65 for quac add on, come on, really.The brown rice was not cooked, I was eating hard kernels of rice. That is the reasons for the low stars.

This is the worst location with terrible management. We’ve always had something go wrong: first it was the tortilla press wasn’t working, therefore, no burritos. Second, I placed a pickup order, brought it home only to realize half of it was missing, so I went back (25 minute drive), and all they did was hand me the rest of my order; no apologies or trying to make it right. Next I wanted a side of queso, but they informed me they can only give it to me if I place an online order because they were out of queso in the front, but had some where they make online orders. Absolutely ridiculous!
