The chicken was terrible. You got two little pieces for $13. They describe one of the sauces that you could go about your business, but it was so hot that it made me choke.

THIS is how you run a business. Doordashed at work but I'll be ordering directly from now on. Food is amazing, top notch. Order came exactly as ordered, with quality control (shoutout to brody) included inside. I will be eating here again

This was our first time and it was incredible! The food was fresh, well seasoned and delicious. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond helping my kids to make their lunch choices. She then brought my daughter a chicken pick because she wanted one to match the rest of us. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. 100% recommend and will be going again.

I came in at closing days ago, and even though the clock struck nine as I'm walking through the door, the staff is kind enough to take my order. Admittedly, I was disappointed with the food because the chicken seemed pretty dry. I had Clucks one time before in Boise, and I knew they are capable of much better. So, having forgotten to call the next day, I called today and God favored me because the general manager was in the store. This gentleman was so kind and heard my story with empathy and offered to refund my meal or serve it again at no extra charge. I opted for the latter because I was hungry, and he personally delivered my food when it was ready.I am 100% sure I have not had a better chicken sandwich anywhere at any time in my entire life. This chicken is so juicy it drips with moisture right onto your tray and it does seem as though it's melting in your mouth. I am quite picky when it comes to chicken sandwiches. I don't want to slam any other local establishments but I have tried their chicken sandwiches and continued looking for a better birdwich. And this was the reason why I had wandered into Clucks in the first place. The location in downtown Boise is anything, but convenient for parking. (I had to park and then walk two blocks to get there.) So it took me a few months till the day I was willing to park far away and hoof it in to the Boise location. I only learned about the Meridian location much later. But that's not all, the beer battered fries are to die for!! My first visit I ate fries until I was stuffed and only got 2 bites of the bird. It was as though I was afraid if I stopped eating them for just a moment the magic was going to dissipate and they would suddenly just be normal tasting fries. I was swirling around in a French fried dream and didn't want to awaken. But, seriously, if you like beer battered this is your Mecca. My wife ordered the dirty bird fries (I think that's their name), and honestly we totally despised the pico de gallo. That really must be fixed. No pico de gallo. Tomatoes and onions don't belong on beer batter fries smothered with cheese sauce and adorned with delicious spicy chicken.A couple suggestions.. get the cheese sauce on the side for dipping so your fries aren't soggy (you can air fry them for good leftovers and surprisingly good)... Don't order fries for delivery and if you order to go, then don't close the box for any reason while hot. A wicked fairy will come and turn your delightfully crispy golden fries into soggy worms that only resemble what you purchased. Think I'm joking? Try it, you'll see. Leave that box open all the way home so the steam doesn't ruin them. They really need to consider vented to go boxes for fried crispy foods.Eat a fry for me!

Cluck's Nashville Hot Chicken was Pretty Good.Staff was nice and timely.Tables were clean and nicely spaced out.Sauce levels are good.Fries were my favorite part well seasoned and crunchy.Mac and Cheese was a little bland. Noodles were dry and cheese sauce didn't have as much cheese sauce. However it was still good. Not much traffic around 12pm on a Sunday. With football season being over parking is nice.Parking: Parking was nice and close to the area.Handicapped spaces available

Pretty good chicken for what we have here in town. The sauces are really where its at and the loaded cluck fries are stellar. The wrap was not good. Don't get a wrap. Chicken could be a little more crispy but overall a good place for a quick bite.

This review is for the downtown location. We've been curious about this place for a while, but we didn't want to drive out to Meridian. Wishing now that we hadn't heard about the Boise location. Chicken was moist, but the breading was falling off, and the sauce was just spooned on top of the tenders, instead of being tossed and evenly coated. Sauce had an off flavor that I couldn't pinpoint, but didn't like. Fries would have been good, but grossly oversalted. Hated throwing away the majority of what we spent our hard-earned money on.

Owner of this franchise should pay attention to the service time. They appear to be short-handed.

The food was good. The chicken and spicy cheese curds were perfectly crunchy. You can choose your level of spice and I can say it gets pretty hot. Portions were huge!

Wish the spice was a dry spice instead of sauces. Nashville hot level was perfect for me, didn’t make me cry, but warmed me up a tad. I think I could actually tackle their spiciest without dying. Spicy cheese curds are outta line delicious. Milkshake machine was down, but they made it right. Coleslaw could definitely be improved, either make it creamy or make it tangy, but it need something. The dipping sauces are too good.

Food was made to order. Service was good and the ambiance was enjoyable. Not noisy or too quiet like other chicken sandwich places.

Doordash order: Food came in a tamper proof package which I was excited to see and it appears someone even checked to make sure the order was correct but sadly they weren't so careful in the kitchen as there was a long hair in my sandwich. So gross. I called and they told me to call Doordash for a refund or I could come in and they'd make me a new one but im without a car right now hence why I called Doordash. It's too bad because this sandwich looked really good and I'm starving but now I will have to eat cereal. Called Doordash and they have to send my photos etc to some escalation team or something. Very disappointed in Doordash and Clucks. I am without my $21+ and no meal!
