Good ice cream but terrible staffing plan management should be ashamed of. Went in today(sat) line of 20 ppl with 1 employee working her tail off as fast as possible but they should have had at least 2 more employees

Ice cream shakes are my favorite. I just had the number one best milkshake in the world, voted by me, of course.Coffee ice cream with hot fudge. Service was awesome. Everybody was happy and very pleasant. Workers had a very good vibe .

The cold stone ice cream is good, that’s why I’ll buy a tub of it here and there. However, it’s a steep price, like $20. Given the price, you’d expect it to come out good, but I’ve been faced with disappointment almost every time. I’ve had one time where it was mixed well and filled to the brim (as advertised by cold stone). This one was enough for me to talk about it. It wasn’t mixed well, as you can see huge clumps of the toppings and not filled to the brim. I didn’t even get to see them make it because I ordered it. I tip 20-25% every time, but not for this. I really just want to get what I am paying for and not just ice cream I pay 4-5x more than ones at your grocery store and are underfilled. It’s just upsetting cause it’s borderline false advertising.

We've been coming here for years, and tonight, it really hit us. We stood in line for 40 minutes to get what should have been good service and good ice cream, but sadly, neither happened. The quality has gone so far down that you might as well bake boxed brownies and mix it with store brand ice cream. It will surely taste better. Really sad ?

This experience was one of the saddest experiences of a micro managed, poorly run business I’ve ever seen. There were three people working. There were 15 people behind me in line, so 16 people to be served. The line wrapped around the room. We arrived at 7:45 pm and got our ice cream at 8:50. Why? Because only one person was allowed to serve customers who came to the store!!! One person was “required by management “ to make waffle cones. There were 88 waffle bowls and 40 waffle cones already made. We stood there in line and watched her make more. Another person was filling “to go” orders and pints for the freezer. Did she help the person serving customers? Nope, not while I was there. They both watched the poor person drowning and did not serve one person standing in line. While the designated server worked as fast as she could.The second part of this review that cemented the one star rating was their ice cream freezer was broken so they only had a few flavors for sale and no smoothies. The ice cream being served was pulled from freezers in the back of the store. The ice cream I was served was filled with ice crystals, like freezer burn ice crystals. Gross. It was not the ice cream I ordered, and the wrong size. But again, this poor person was working as fast as she could and was completely frazzled. She had a pile of dirty ice cream scoops across half the counter and was scooping from containers sitting on the counter behind her, un refrigerated. There was liquid ice cream and sorbets that had separated (milk from flavorings, sorbets into juices and foam) in the display case, so they had been sitting out long enough to melt. Which is long enough to call in someone early or have the manager come in and help. Really poorly managed and run, with the result being a poor product. I genuinely feel sorry for the one person who was working her fingers to the bone. Will not be back.

This used to be a great place. Now the service is terrible and not worth the price. I have had bad service 3 times in a row now. I'm done giving them a chance. They used to greet customers and welcome and sing and generally be a happy place to be and now everyone working there seems like they hate their jobs. No one even smiles anymore. Also be aware that if you order on the app, they upcharge the individual prices and then claim to have free or discounted delivery. But the cost of the individual items is more than it is in the store. We ordered for delivery today, they missed one of the items, admitted it on the phone and offered to give me a coupon for free ice cream next time, but would not make it right tonight.
