“I called to see if these guys delivered, they do not, I asked if they had anyone in town that did and there is no one. BUT just so happened that someone was leaving and able to deliver to my husband who is stuck working on a job site and hadn’t eaten all day. (I live over an hour away and couldn’t bring him food) Customer service: 16/10 - Shout out to Jonathon and Tyler for going above and beyond for my husband. If you’re ever in Hidden Springs, Springhouse at the Merc should be your first stop! Also, the hubby was VERY grateful and said the food was amazing!!“
“We sat in the back room and it was very noisy. Somehow the acoustics are just off. We could barely manage a conversation for how loud it was. But the service and food were good.Parking: The problem with this lot is that big trucks park in it, and if everyone doesn't pull into their spot all the way along the side of the building, then there isn't enough room to get by. Even though it's a one way we were trapped because we couldn't squeeze our car between the two vehicles sticking out and had to back out onto Eagle Road.“
“This is only in regards to the carpet in this restaurant, which was/is so black and filthy, you couldn't even see the pattern which is only revealed at the edges. I've never seen such filth in my life, and I've been to plenty of restaurants in my 60 years. Management needs to address this asap.“
“Yum. This is some delicious food. Came in with some friends and was impressed with the awesome selection of sweet and savory. I decided on a sausage waffle and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try some of the sweet waffles! Highly recommend. Only downside is the parking is a bit funky but there were plenty of spots and the ambiance is fun!“
