Absolute worst service!! Ordered a large box with a note & sticker & no one knew who sent them. When called I had the unfortunate experience of talking to Bailey who was awful! No apology, no rectifying & tried to tell me her manager packed the order an hour before I even ordered! How does that work!? EXTREMELY disappointed! Gift was ruined because no one knew who sent it to them!! Worst customer service EVER!! Will never be back to this location!

The cookies are always on point. Such a great treat!
I don’t know if there has ever been a week that the store isn’t sold out of at least 2 types of cookies, which is interesting because Boise and Nampa never have this issue and they’re all owned by the same person. The presentation of the cookies is always sub par, and the customer service leaves A LOT to be desired.
