We stopped by to have breakfast at this location AND THEY SURE HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!THERE WAS ONLY ONE WAITRESS . WE WAITED FOR TEN MINUTES . SHE ONLY SERVED US ONE COFFEE ☕ AND HOT WATER. AFTER THAT THIS WOMAN COMPLETELY IGNORED US.WE LEFT AND SHE DID NOT APOLOGIZE. SHE SAID TO US SOMETHING STUPID.NOT VERY SMART ATTITUTED FOR BEING A WAITRESS WHO DEPENDS ON TIPS. I SURE WOULD NOT TIP HER AT ALL!EVEN IF I GOT THE SERVICE. VERY BAD SERVICE AND UGLY ATTITUDE !!

I love the staff the transferred from the Denny’s by the Boise Airport. The staff is friendly and I can tell they are putting in the effort to camp up the store. Love Denny’s and will continue to come here.

I hadn't been to a Denny's in years and just on a whim decided to try out this one on Eagle and Fairview one Saturday morning. It was so good! It wasn't the old Dennys I remembered, it was like real classic Breakfast Cafe fare with great service. The Denver Omlette was outstanding! I went back two weeks later, had a sizzling griddle Chorizo something with over easy eggs....wow! Prices are more than reasonable in the midst of the Bidengouging, and the service was again amazing. This may become a habit. Check it out...

My kids and I went into Denny's a week ago. There was only one group in there. The waitress saw us but never came to seat us or anything, she continued taking care of the other group. Service was very rude so my kids and I left, we said we will not be back at all!

One lady short with dark hair was delightful and helpful . The older blond waitress said I didn't shave enough money because I decided on fruit instead of a salad . Was Very rude . I am helping people in a lesser condition. And we were ignored and had to ask for service the first night I came in . I ordered 14 and 15 dollars worth of food each time . But the shorter dark haired white lady was very kind today and I topped her the most I could. I just rescued a great Dane that was starving and have rescue cats. The audacity of someone judging another like that is just insane.

We were here because the Boise Denny's closed. The omelets were soaked in oil. No reason to be cooked that way. The waitress, who was on her own, complained a lot about how bad her job and the new people are. Very disappointed.

This is the worst Denny's I have ever been to. Online order took over 30 minutes past pickup time to come out. Special requests were ignored. Had to ask for the second orange juice that we ordered as if it was a huge inconvenience to them. Orange juice was watered down. My sandwich was completely soggy when I opened it, threw it away. The employee helping us was very rude. It's unfortunate that it's in such a great location and the service and food were absolutely horrible. Won't come back.
