The staff here is always super amazing and working so hard. The manager may be the nicest person ever, and she's there a lot (maybe too much, give her a break please). I go before my shift at night and they keep my caffeine addiction fueled. Always good drinks, and very professional people.

Ordered 1 drink and watched the employee dump a big scoop of ice in my drink to the point of it overflowing. They just put a lid on it and handed it to me. Fed up i just took it and left. It dripped all over my hands, pants and took 4 napkins just to clean the cup itself. Ridiculous. The other locations in the valley are way better.

Great coffee, great service, great culture! The Golden Eagle sugar free is my choice of drink thus far. Also the cold brew is good option as well. And the Carmalizer sugar free is tasty treat as well. Come get your Dutch on ! Don’t forget the app for stickers, specials and points.
Every other time I come here it seems like they want to give me hot chocolate instead of my much needed coffee, they are always polite and quick to fix their mistake but if I drive off before checking that they made the right drink I don't always have time to come back and have it fixed. And sometimes the coffee is so hot it burns my mouth to check it right away and then sometimes it's not as hot and is lukewarm by the time I get where I'm going...I love their coffee but not the inconsistencies.

The lines and how slow they can go are bad enough, but when you've got orders for 5 cars and a jackass cuts in front of 4 of them you should send him to the line, NOT take his order and make everyone who's ALREADY ORDERED AND BEEN WAITING 10 MINUTES wait even longer. It's not bad customer service to treat customers equally. No wonder people think they can do whatever they want, no accountability, just whatever is easy.
