Over the past year the service and experience at this location has gone downhill. Wait times are extremely long, they never send out runners to take orders and try and speed up the process as they used to. Drinks come out wrong enough that I have to go to another location to get them fixed. It’s rare to have a polite worker at the window now. I go out of my way to go to other locations now, it’s unfortunate as this is the main location near me. As a former employee at a different location, it’s just super disappointing.

I had a horrible experience at another Dutchbros location almost made me not want to go back. But these 2 girls who were working at this location were truly amazing, they made my night. People can be so mean anymore. But not those 2. They were great! Thank you!

Before this place was excellent and filled with nice workers but now its gone downhill. Workers aren't polite, went to dutch and they gave THEMSELVES tips. That didnt happen only once BUT TWICE. Seriously?? FYI I ALWAYS tip workers, but this is just pure greed... Food is always inconsistent , always missing something or too much of something. Kids are running this place so the music is vulgar and very loud.. Disapointed in what it has become.

This morning I went to Dutch bros and had one of the kindest experiences, I wish I knew the employees name! I was crying my uncle had just passed away and she was super sweet, gave me my drink for free and then wrote me this note. It stuck with me my whole day and has made such an impact on me! Thank you so much for your kindness! I’m a regular at this location and I was blown away! Seriously thank you, you have no idea the positive impact you made on my day! ❤️

Best coffee in town... Would be five stars but sometimes they talk too much. When the lines are backed up they need to learn hustle that peak times to get people on their way and keep them from being late

Don't come here very often but when we do this place is always great. Once in awhile especially if I am tired I swing in here for one of their Rebel drinks. Always get the sugar free with some sugar free syrup...my favorite is the raspberry, pineapple and vanilla. The people working here are always super friendly and make live our the DB legacy of excellent customer service. While the line can be long these kids work their buts off to get people through. Always clean and well maintained this is a great diversion right off Meridian Road for some caffeine....
