I don’t typically leave reviews, even if they’re bad ones. But today I left this dutch with a whole new perspective on dutch. This dutch has two lanes that merge into one. When I got there, there was a car full of high schoolers at the front of the first lane and a second car behind them. I pulled into the second lane. The worker taking their order took awhile ( I think she knew them. ) I waited for a minute or two and didn’t feel like being stuck behind that car full of high schoolers. There’s nothing telling me that I have to wait at the end of the lanes and wait on the other car so I pulled up to the window. The girl that was taking their order came up to my car and said “so I was taking their order” to which I replied with “yeah I know” then she says “so i’m going to go finish taking their order” i told her that’s fine. When she walked away I’m pretty sure she rolled her eyes. The whole time she had a major attitude. I forgot to mention that when I pulled up to the window there were two cars at the window. I got up to the window and that girl was still at that car talking with them. The guy at the window took my order and I asked for her name. I believe he said that her name was Lauren. He asked what happened and at this same time the car that was behind the car full of high schoolers speeds out of the drive thru bc her order STILL HADN'T BEEN TAKEN. I told him what happened and he said he would take care of it. I just don’t understand why she had to come up to my car and say that to me!? The guy was very nice and kind of made up for it. I’ve been going to dutch a few times a week for 5+ years and this is the first bad experience i’ve had with them.

Not quite as fast or interactive as other locations, but they got me my drink which is the goal.
What bothers me the most is that every time I come to this place my order is wrong 90% of the time it really irritates me that I ask for specifics each time and it’s never right! In two years in the treasure valley I can count on one hand how many times my order was actually right at this location and others. I waited and kept giving this place chances after chances and at this point I’m completely over it and don’t see myself returning to such for another cup of coffee.

Ordered 2 small carmelizer and medium hot drink ended up with 2 mediums and a small iced, waited 5 minutes before the staff came out to take order and they took the car that just pulled up

Long and busy day I thought I will refresh with a coffee, the line was not bad but the service was terrible, very rude girl with a attitude, the coffee was bad and after a sip it ended in the trash Will not stop here again
