1st time there. The waitress was wonderful! Very attentive! I found it to be expensive. $21.00 for the Alfredo pizza. It was dry and burnt on the bottom. I choked down two pieces at the restaurant because I was starving and brought the rest home. My husband said he would finish it. He loves pizza! He served himself two slices and barely finished it. Disappointed

I love this Flatbread location and have been here many times. I recently discovered they were purchased by the owners of Barbacoa restaurant, another favorite of mine. I was excited to check out their new menu and see what kind of changes they made. To my dismay, they no longer offer flatbread. What? They have pizza on the menu, but no longer offer any flatbread pizzas. I loved the thinner crust, and after all , that's their name! It was a winter afternoon, and the restaurant was freezing. To the point that I was forced to cut my lunch short. Even with my jacket on I was so uncomfortably cold, that my food got cold very quickly and even the wine I ordered didn't offer any comfort. I will give them another chance because the number of good experiences far outweigh this one, but i was disappointed for sure.

I go here often, the service is usually very good. The food is consistent with the exception of my favorite, the tomato soup. No matter what it always gets served cold and I have to send it back to be heated up. The server always tells me idk why it's cold it come out of a hot pot. Idk why either but somehow it's always cold even if I ask for it to be extra hot. Still delicious once it's been warmed up. Salads are good and pizza is good. Love the crust.

Great consistent food. The menu is not too big to overwhelm. They pick a few items and make them well. Staff is friendly and professional.

This was our first time eating at this pizzeria and we loved it! We were greeted with a smile and promptly seated right away. My husband wanted a closer look at the beers on tap and while he was there the friendly bartender was happy to help him decide on something. Our server was Alicia, she was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great product knowledge and hilarious to boot! My husband had a steak and I had a salad followed by the lobster mac and cheese, we thoroughly enjoyed both of our entrees. I highly recommend this place for a date night, we liked the vibe and the ambience. We'll be back for sure!

What happened to this place? Has been one of my favorite restaurants but tonight it failed.Ordered to go, pizza was cold and lacked any flavor like past pizzas.My go to chicken wings were also lacking in past flavor …I’m truly disappointed and was one of your biggest fans and always gave great reviews before. It’s either new management or something, but it’s not good.
The rosemary chicken sandwich is mouthwatering delicious ?! Service, atmosphere & quality of food is ALWAYS Outstanding! We started going to Flatbread 12 years ago when visiting Boise/Meridian area from Cali, and have to go and get my fix every time we visit. I wish they would open one here.

Brandy, our server was very attentive and engaging. Food was delicious! It was fortunate we asked for booth seating as it became a bit noisy even though the restaurant wasn't super crowded. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!Parking: Just a very busy UPS store in the same vicinity. And this being close to Christmas, many of the parking spots were being used by the UPS store patrons.

Waiters didn't seem to care if they if they served us or not. Never got a refill on the drinks and there was only one other table filled besides us. Pizza was very small for the price and nothing special. Won't be back.

I ordered takeout. The French onion soup was not hot (the cheese wasn’t melted) it looked nothing like the menu item, and was tiny for the $9.50 price. It also tasted pretty bad. The chicken wings were raw inside but tasted pretty good after I recooked them.
