Stopped in today with my kids to get boba teas, and Alissa helped us. She was so friendly! And when it started raining and she noticed someone outside waiting with their dog while the other person in their party ordered, she ran outside to put a patio umbrella on one of the tables so they didn’t get wet and wipes the seats so they’d have a place to sit. Seriously - great customer service! And, our boba teas were delicious!

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes it’s okay, and sometimes the chicken texture is rubbery almost as if it’s frozen then microwaved? or something is off (our biggest ick). Sometimes it can be better texture but you never know. And the worst part is the prices are seriously outrageous. We ask to have no cabbage and for some reason it’s a $1.50 extra to NOT put cabbage in.. my simple/ single meal was almost $17. We could go to a nice sit down for that. Also the broccoli was cold and crunchy, not warm. We get mistakes can be made but when it’s that inconsistent we rather not risk our $$ and time take it elsewhere. As more places open up on ten mile and this side of meridian we are doing that I suppose.

I had very nice service. I didn’t like the drink I originally ordered since I was expecting regular green tea rather than matcha green tea. They offered to get me a new one and it was delicious. The food was good too. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I ordered the beef teriyaki with fried rice and a side of gyoza. I placed the order for pick up at 4:30 pm. When we got home and looked at the food it looked like we got what was leftover from lunch service. The gyozas were hard and the beef was dried up. The fried rice was ok. We were very disappointed! The Happy Teriyaki in Centralia, WA is much better.

i ordered a chicken teriyaki for the first time awhile back, and it was the worst, so three days ago I thought I would try again, thinking it was a fluke. The chicken was hard as dry beef jerky, and could not be even be stabbed with a fork. They should call it unhappy teriyaki. last time for me.

Enjoyed coming in to dine at Happy Teriyaki on Ten Mile! Food looks good but most importantly, the young lady taking our order was living up to the namesake and was "happy" and beaming with a beautiful smile! Both servers did a great job, made me glad that I came back
