I keep waiting for my favorite fast food joint to expand to my native WASHINGTON STATE and in the meantime try to go to the chain when I travel somewhere that has one. Glad to see the chain in Idaho! Love the fast and friendly service, clean restaurants, and consistently fresh food. I always ask for grilled onions on my burger. If you like your fries crispy, asking that they cook the fries "well done" is also a way to better your visit.

In my experience the food is always pretty good at In-N-Out.The line at this one was ridiculous. I entered the line at 2:20. They took our order in line at 2:55. Finally got our food at 3:20. The food is good, but not that good. 1 hour to get through the drive thru. I definitely won't be back.
The meat doesn't seem quite as tasty as some of the other loc's along the coast, here in ID - but, still the great value proposition we've all come to expect from I&O.We're glad have them.. though my family and I hope they improve on the meat.

I waited over an Hour to get two burgers and two fries to go at the diner front counter. It was the worst Chaos I have ever witnessed in any fast food place. Noisy and Overrated. I last went to a in and out 16 years ago in California and didn't see the stupidity as I saw here. The One Gen Z Dummy just stands there smilling at nothing like a tard then calls a number when an order is up. I will never go here again. "Habit Grill "in Nampa is way better and way faster. Good Riddence.Parking: They Stuffed this fast food place in a parking lot of the Village and coned off a pathway. It's like going to a Concert. The Decision making Dummies didn't plan it out very well.

Tuesday evening 7:00 p.m. we got line behind what we thought was about 15 Cars 1 hour later we're at the window getting our food. It totally was worth the wait and it was a well-oiled machine they got everybody in and out there had to been hundreds of cars we just didn't know it. We were visiting the area from Twin Falls on vacation and had to have it in and out and it was the best!!!!

I've been to this In n Out location about a dozen times since they've opened. Each time the food has been excellent and the service is always friendly and helpful. One time I went and our order was messed up. Once this was pointed out to the employees the issue was quickly resolved and the manager made sure to make the situation right. Each time I visit I'm greeted with a smile, the employees are helpful and the food is always fresh and delicious. I can't wait to go back soon.
