I do not usually write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to the amazing young man working the window. He was such a nice guy, personable, efficient, and got my order correct, which is rare anywhere these days! He was more than happy to add on 2 extra cakes when I got up to the window. I'm not sure what his name is, but he deserves a raise or promotion for a job well done!!

Service was timely, but too bad it wasn't fresh. They gave me a burger that was sitting on the warmer. The number one ultimate burger has gone downhill.

I have never gotten a correct order from this place. If it's ever even open. Go to a different location, this one sucks.EDIT: A representative from the company in Boise has contacted me and followed up. Very polite and friendly. I'll giving the location another shot in the future.
