Absolutely the worst and rudest service I've ever experienced.Phone ordered placed from home I was told 10 to 15 minutes for pickup. When I arrived 15 plus minutes later I asked the attendant about my order that was placed by phone. She said they are working on it. After standing there and watching 5 other customers come in for pick up after me and walking out. And watching Close to 16+ people come in and and join the waiting and go through the line get their food pay for it and leave as other came in. I Finally decided that maybe I should stand in line and said something about it so it could be heard. I was at told they are Busy and that they would get to it. I let them know that I placed my orders by phone 40 minutes plus buy phone and been waiting 30 minutes all the while I was standing and waiting and watching you fill costumes order that came in well after I arrived let alone the time that passed from the time I placed my phone order. One gentleman decided to tell me that they're busy and they'll get to it when they get to it. I stated that it is a simple first in first out and he gave me some other smart remark. Do not waste your time and money here!!!!! ? pure frustration!!

I have been to several Jersey Mikes locations in the area and never have a problem, but this store consistently takes way too long to make an order and has yet to get an order right. There is always something that is wrong, ranging from wrong toppings on sandwich, to a different bread than what was ordered, to making a sandwich when a bowl was ordered. I am currently eating a sandwich that is on white when I ordered the rosemary parm bread and also is missing the mushrooms that were ordered. Doesn't bother me too much when it is a one off, but this is a problem now.

I love the sandwiches which is why I keep coming back. I will no longer go to this location because of the parking situation. It is nearly impossible to find a space. The City of Meridian really did a disservice to the retailers in this strip mall. I’m going to try the other Meridian location as I think parking will be much better.The three star is due to parking situation.

Fresh and quick! Cold and hot subs. If it's cold I recommend the #7 - Mike's way, with extra juice! Can get busy during meal times but the line usually moves fairly quick.

It was My first time at this establishment. I enjoyed their version of the cheese steak very much! Will return.
I should stop coming here, I keep thinking they might get it right this time, but they don't. If it's not rude staff then it's mix ups on our order. The thing that bothers me the most is they always bypass letting you enter your number for reward points. The so called manager always says "oh I'm sorry I will enter them in manually". This is the only location I've had this problem at and it's happened atleast the last 3 times I've been in.
Usually love this place but today they messed up all of our sandwiches we ordered through the app. really disappointing to see a usually good establishment slowly decline in service
