I grew up with Mike's Subs in Point Pleasant New Jersey. This was before they became Jersey Mike's. All the Danny DeVitos in the world can't help out JM. They have became so sloppy and dirty. The counters are a true mess. The staff throws garbage on the floor as opposed in the garbage cans. Along with that, they take orders with their mouths so full of food you don't even know what they are saying. Their music, I guess it is for ambience, is so loud it is impossible to place an order without yelling. Please bring back the joy of going to a Mike's Subs

Never yet run across a bad Jersey Mike's. Glad to have one so close to my neighborhood- way better than the average Subway IMHO. Good experience at this location: fast, friendly service and a quality sammich. The manager was working herself, monitoring her staff's work, and giving occasional direction to her staff as needed. Good to see.

Sad to report such a low rating. I was excited to try my first Jersey Mike's and it is my last.Sandwich was flavorless and bread ruined (unbelievably soggy with oil&vinegar). It is not worth the drive back to tell them in person and get my money back.I was the only customer there with 3 preparers. I expect better service. Young staff too busy visiting with one another. The older woman in the back didn't correct the situation but she did come out to start my order.

Have eaten at various Jersey Mike's locations for close to 4 years now, and this past weekend, I and my family had THE BEST MADE SANDWICHES we have EVER HAD at JM! It's too bad the location is so small in shop, because if they make food THIS GOOD to EVERYONE that orders, they could get ALOT OF BUSINESS! UPDATE: Went back and ordered again and once again, we were completely satisfied!

Love this place!Dietary restrictions: If you are looking for keto friendly, might I suggest the sub in a tub! Add some extra lettuce get it Mike's way and extra juice. It's awesome!Parking: Horrible parking lot. Location is always busy.

Very good sandwich place, I got something called the 43 I believe it was called, probably wrong though. I got it hot.Regardless, it was really good, like disturbingly good, it was efficiently made and made quick. I took it home and probably ate the best sandwhich of my life.Go here for the epic sandwiches, which are like subway's but different.The only gripe I have though is that the lobby is quite small, but at least they have outside seating.

Pros: variety of cold and hot subs. Subs with plenty of meat. Hot subs are tasty.Cons: it's expensive. If you want to dine in then there is no sitting at this location. You'll have to go to McMillan to eat inside the location which means that during winter you'll have to carry out your order here.
