So I just showed up for an interview at 1:15pm. I filled out an application online and they booked an interview with me. I gave them my availability on the online application.However when I got there they had me fill out a paper application and I put the same availability and the front counter guy said oh we don’t have positions for those hours.You guys need to be better with the online application. You wasted my time.

I ordered a Club Lulu. It’s 9.53. I only got 3 skinny pieces of turkey on the entire sandwich. I get double or more at Subway. I got screwed once again. Goodbye FOREVER! Of course I didn’t get a receipt. They don’t even ask if you want it.

First time visiting a Jimmy John's. 3 out of 4 of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. Place seemed clean. Sandwiches seem ok, but if I don't get what I ordered why try again.

I refuse to go to this Jimmy John’s ever again because every single time they short me. The last time I called and told them they had an issue, and they promised me a credit for my next visit. When I went to use the credit, they said it didn’t exist. The service is lacking and the food could be better if they would get the orders right.

I ordered a cookie and a drink. The employee took my payment, didn’t say a word to me and turned around and walked away. I asked if I am supposed to just take the cookie and cup and she said, “No we will have it ready for you over there (pointing).” I replied, “Oh I only got just a cookie and drink.” She seemed annoyed by me at this point and it was still unclear on what I was supposed to do. So I just grabbed my items and left.

Placed a mobile order 8/6 it ended up with the wrong ingredients on it and I called to store about getting it fixed they were happy to send the driver back out which was awesome until that driver threw the sandwich bag at my door loud enough to make a thud against it. I don’t see how that could be a mistake nor count as being professional or necessary to do over a sandwich order.

Great food as with all Jimmy John's. This one was a first for me though... dirty. JJ's are known for how clean they are. Not this one. Very busy location but they usually have at least one staff keeping it ship shape. I'll still eat there just disappointed.

Last time they put cucumbers instead of onion. This time almost 50 percent of the sandwich has no meat. For the price we pay it better be worth it. I won't go back. In & Out is opening soon thank GOD.
