WARNING. They're moving locations in 10 days so they told me they aren't restocking the store.I used to love this place. But we made a huge order for our family last night, and when I arrived to pick it up, was told a bunch of the stuff we had ordered, isn't able to be made because they aren't restocking things since they're shutting down that store location May 31 2022.Wasn't given any refund for items or offered something in exchange. When I asked what we were going to about the items I ordered but couldn't get, was offered a couple large fountain drinks, worth like $3 probably.Just a bummer way to end what was a great experience at this location. Will go to other locations for sure. Just a poor way to run a business. If you're not restocking, update the menu or shut down the store. If you want to charge full price for things people order, keep restocking and give people what they ordered.

Food was delicious and the cashier was very helpful and friendly tonight. I really appreciated his suggestions. The sandwich was super tasty and their desserts were well made. The secret is to come Saturdays at 8pm.

Phenomenal bread, dessert and pastries. Great atmosphere with cute displays of wares for sale. Good coffee and the service was Phenomenal. The cashier's description of the goods made me want to purchase one of each.

Manager was rude to employees and rolled her eyes when we walked in, whining about how she needs to sweep but instead has to help us (4/21/22 @ ~8:15pm).Sugar cookies are absolutely disgusting. They’re basically the same as normal store bought sugar cookies, but there’s a weird lemony chemical aftertaste.Sandwiches were fine? About the same as what you would make at home. No compliments here but no real complaints.

I've been here a handful of times and it's always clean, friendly staff with a well rounded menu for breakfasts and lunch - plus the pastries. They look beautiful and the eclair we split today was tasty, Although It looked like it had been once frozen. Croissant breakfast sandwiches are ample, but lacking in the cheese factor. I think there was once a slice of American on there that melted down and soaked into the bread but adding a better cheese like cheddar would have enhanced the sandwich. Good coffee and the perfect place for a business lunch or coffee. Reasonably priced.

Had a turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich which was wonderful. Brought home half and had next day. The fruit tart just hit the spot of finishing off the meal. The pudding is delicious as well as fruits.Great food and fast service. Wish there was one on the east side of Boise . Thank you, great job!

I don't like leaving a bad review, however the last salad I ordered was really bad. 3/22/22 The chicken was not even edible and there were 3 raspberries on it. Chicken raspberry nut. I ended up not eating it.?Kneaders has always been on of my favorites. I hope this changes.

There was a hair embedded in my chocolate dome.Went to Kneaders on Friday looking for eclairs. They were sold out by 1PM. Not a problem. The man behind the register suggested I try a chocolate dome. Just got around to eating it today. There is a hair embedded into the chocolate outer shell. For almost $6 that is horrifying! When I entered the building there was a mildew/unsanitary smell. I overlooked that as I’ve always enjoys there pastries. Apparently I was wrong. They have become dirty. So sad ?

Cinnamon roll bread! Need I say more!? Want to kick it up a knotch? Make it into home made French toast. Let the mouth watering commence! My parents out of state have requested we always bring a loaf with us when we visit.

I like kneaders. Is it the best food out there? No, does it make me feel warm and happy? Yep. My go to is the french dip and the wild rice soup. Good stuff.

Normally I love Kneaders - everything, especially their pastries and breads, is wonderful. Today I bought a cinnamon bread, my sister's favorite. When we got home and tried to cut into it, it became apparent this love was old. We had to get a serrated knife to cut it. Most of the frosting cracked and full off as we cut it. Tried eating it,.but it was incredibly chewy. Really disappointed they sold something this old.

The cinnamon bread loaf is really good and it's only $5. It's the best deal in town. I didn't have any of the other food yet.
