I’m sure the doughnuts are great! But I couldn’t buy any! They say they close at 9 I got there along with several other people who I wasn’t with at 8:45 and they locked the doors, couldn’t buy any, unfortunate. Guy was moping floor and could care less to unlock it, totally ignored us, got in drive thru and nothing, no response at all. I understand not making more doughnuts past 8:30 or whatever, but to be straight up ignored while some were there in the display glass? Cmon now…

Went inside to order some donuts for my daughter this lovely Easter morning and received some of the best service I’ve ever had…anywhere. Emily went above and beyond for me from start to finish and our interaction was so genuine and loving from a human to a human. It was refreshing and I felt gifted and grateful for the kindness! While I waited in line, another customer who was sitting down eating, came up to the other girl working and asked what Emily’s name was because she also wanted to leave her a great review for the stellar customer service. Keep sharing your light with people girl! A million thank you’s, you truly made my day<3

I ordered online for there spring box 2 days prior to Easter to be delivered Easter morning. It was supposed to come with Mini Birds Nest Doughnut made with CADBURY Mini Eggs,Strawberry Egg Doughnut, Hatching Chick DoughnutRobin’s Egg Doughnut . I didn’t get any of the Cadbury eggs or the hatching chick donuts!!! Why did I pay so much for this box if you’re just going to give me random donuts and not what is advertise! What a waste of money and false advertising! It’s the whole point I bought this box. How disappointing.

We just went at 5:03 PM 3/24 to the Krispy on Eagle Road and the guy at the window paid for our donuts! he was the SWEETEST worker ever and we tipped him and he was incredibly grateful, what an awesome worker, i wish i had gotten his name!!

Shrinkflation. Donuts got smaller, prices got unbelievably out of control for a basic donut that isn't special. There are SO many better donut stores in the valley that give so many better choices, service, robust donuts of a decent size, and PRICE. I couldn't believe a single custard donut is nearly $3.
