Always a good time at la creme at the village. Very disappointing experience. We walked up to the door at 8:51 on a Sunday, and they close at 9. As I’m about to grab the handle the employee locks the door. She didn’t even care we were about to walk in… DURING BUSINESS HOURS and she has to close Nine minutes early? I’m wondering if this is because there was a line and they didn’t want more people inside? Not sure I’ll be going back.

This has been one of my favorite places to go for dessert, but I've grown increasingly frustrated. Multiple times I've come here and they've closed down most of their toppings early. This has been anywhere from 50 minutes to an hour and a half before closing. This time I was told they were closing it down early as they were running low on some things, while reaching for a mostly full container of cookie dough scoops, only to have it taken away. Rather frustrating as the toppings are a large part of the appeal of coming here, and I was left with no options I wanted to add other than some caramel sauce.It was already bad enough they stopped cutting the in house toppings small requiring you to take large, often frozen, chunks of things, and try to cut them with the spoon as you ate, but this is just bad business. I will likely not ve coming to this location anymore. Hope the others are better.TL;DR: Don't come to this location later than 2 hours before closed or they may have put most of their toppings away.

I'd recommend staying away from La Crème. The frozen yogurt is less than average - too sweet and tastes artificial. Also, the staff was mopping the floor over an hour before close! So the floor was a combination of sticky and wet during my visit. Not coming back.

The frozen yogurt here has always seemed a little watered down to me, but the topping selection is great. Very nice that it’s right at the village and you can walk around after and burn those calories! The coconut one is my favorite one here and my go to.

Frozen yogurt is so underrated. And this place is so wonderful. The manager Lauren is super sweet! Can’t wait for more frozen yogurt dates!!

You can see my reviews and I am not on for complaints. With that said I will not go bacj here after the crapy service feom the young man behind the counter! After my son told me about this place having Pazookies we made a after dinner family trip. The I went up to order it and the young lady said theybwere out, but she could make me on 15 to 20 minutes. No big deal. I am ust to it. When you order them at BJ resturaunt it takes that long. Then the guy behind the counter said absolutely not! Really absolutely not. I am just one family I Absolutely Will Not go back there. I am a District Manager of another buisness how many people do you think I talk to? So your customer service is horrible! When I askes if it was owner operated he said YES, but they don't come there very much. Likely story! Bad service!
