The “manager” if he was the manager Jake needs terminated. We used the McDonald’s app to order and door dash stole our food. When we went into the store to rectify the situation he didn’t want to help us then stated in front of my child “look lady it’s not the end of the world” I was so flustered I dropped the bag and I stated we weren’t eating floor food and he did not want to replace it until I repeatedly demanded they do so. This is beyond absurd not only having to deal with getting help with a simple breakfast for my kids now having to fight door dash for a refund. Since when should fast food be so stressful?

Allergic to raw onions, asked for NO ONIONS, everything had onions in it. Didn't even get 1 of the burgers we ordered instead we got a cheap cheeseburger!! Won't go back to that McDonald's!! They didn't read the order or just didn't care!!

A complete mistake buying at this McDonald's, something as basic as a caramel coffee with cream turned out to be a horrible product!! They gave me the leftovers from the coffee jar, plus it took forever!!! I asked for specifications in the McDonald's app and they came out with this, I preferred to lose the money and return the product because they can't just give what they want and now, I'm paying for a product with a specific one, they can't give me what's left over . and that's it, I swear that no one would take these leftovers, I don't recommend it at all because I returned it, I patiently explained the mistake and they just told me Ok, they received it and that's it, no one is obliged to receive what they don't pay for.

Every time we try this location our order is bagged wrong mainly missing items. We recently gave it another go, I reiterated the order and they said everything was in the bag.. that was false, so I corrected it at the window and was amused to see the young girl who was bagging get frustrated and make excuses while giving the side eye lol customer service sucks. Food sucks. Save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere else. As for how the food tasted... next time I'll just throw money in the trash.
