One of the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at! Dirty, horrible service and the food sucked! I also watched an employee use the restroom and not wash their hands. This is not helping the brand.

Took my grandson in for a happy meal after his preschool let out. While he was eating (I wasn't hungry), I decided that a drink of water would be nice... Went to the counter and they charged me a quarter for a cup. Mind you, I was already a paying customer. Never going back, not because of $0.25, but because they don't value customers. In addition to the charge for a cup (other McDonalds in the area don't do that), the girl at the counter was unfriendly, not rude, just not remotely nice either. Thank goodness there's another McDonalds relatively close in Kuna for his happy meal "fix".

Very dirty around 7:45at night. Had to clean off our own table. Food on the floor. Never saw a worker out empty trash or cleaning in store.Drive thru was prioritized over people in store.After placing order for a single cone, we hadn't received it in 15 minutes. Asked about it, then took another 3 minutes for it to be made.

Alright literally EVERYTIME I come through this drive thru (I do daily for breakfast before work) the employees are just entirely unsatisfied and rude, literally I’ve never once had a nice encounter in the months I’ve came here but I don’t let it phase me or take it personally. Why I’ve never submitted a bad review. But today around 9:40 am there was a very nice woman at the 1st window and an insanely kind woman at the 2nd window, she went out of her way and helped me add an orange juice to my order. If it were anyone else I’ve encountered at the second window, I would have just went to the gas station for some juice! I didn’t look at their names but you two were amazing and I hope to see you more and I hope you ladies see this. Employees like this receive immense recognition, especially in a world that has forgotten how to be genuinely kind. This is one of the worst locations to work at from the awful things I’ve heard, so bless your souls for shining some positive light and kindness, it doesn’t go unnoticed. So my five stars goes to you awesome women who’s names I didn’t catch because I was so blown away!

We were just inside and ordered at a kiosk. We then went up and asked for 2 small water cups as we were paying customers. We were rudely told by a girl in a pink vest with purple hair that they charge for WATER regardless if the customer bought something. One of the other employees we asked for water was kind enough to bring us two cups as he noticed we were paying customers. Once the first purple haired girl noticed we were given waters, she came and took them from us and said we did not pay $2.00 for the WATERS. We are extremely unsatisfied with the customer service of the female employee and when we tried to call and complain, we were ignored and hung up on. She should be fired.

Ordered three oreo mcflurries in the drive thru last Saturday around 3pm - at pickup window was told to drive around the corner and they would be "right out" 10 minutes passed and someone came out asking if we had the quarter pounder meal. I said no, and we'd been waiting for 10 mins- she told us it takes awhile to blend the mc flurries- really? So, finally, we get them- take them home. The mc flurries are twice the price (almost 5.oo each!) from 1 yr ago, half the size, and, these were one half full plus not mixed up completely! This mc donalds isn't being managed well as we've had other not- so- good food. We're done for quite sometime at this particular store. Who's minding the store and overseeing quality control because it shows it isn't being done.
