The cook harassed my husband the whole time he was trying to make his bowl, and when he tried to add his sauce, the cook yanked the bowl from him, dumped it on the grill, and only cooked it for maybe 45 seconds. Wouldn't let my husband add sauce till after he'd already put in the To go container, in which he just dumped it over the top. Box fell apart before he'd even gotten home. Everything was under cooked, and I had to finish cooking it myself.Don't know if the cook was just having a bad day, or is need of a 72 hour psychiatric hold, but he should probably avoid working in a food service roll until he gets his issues under control.I've been going to this location since I was in elementary school.It's been really sad to see it go downhill in service and quality over the last decade.

My partner and I went here for lunch and they didn't have tofu out, but they brought us some when we asked, which was very much appreciated. I hadn't had Mongolian in many years and sadly I was a bit disappointed in the flavors. It could've been the combination of sauces I used, but I filled the bowl with sauces and the overall flavor was quite mild.

Food was alright. The server was kind but the cooks were absolutely disrespectful. My fiancé was given a box instead of a bowl after it was grilled when we were dining in to eat. He asked for a bowl politely and the man just told him to go away then proceeded to ask the other customers “for here or To-go” like he profiled us and decided we didn’t get a bowl? Very disrespectful never coming back here again.

The food quality is good with an overall great value. The couple that greets you at the front are always wonderful - but the cooks at the flat iron grill are rude and go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable if you don't put cash in the tip jar. Every single visit we've experienced this. We tip well on our bill, however we have decided to no longer bring our family here after the last instance.

Friendly staff, and no line to speak of on a Friday night. It's a fairly average Mongolian barbecue. They have your standard line with resizes of bowls and a selection of vegetables and meats. Vegetables were fresh and the meat was frozen and shaved thin as it should be
