As a veteran of the service industry I know mistakes can happen, what a business does after that mistake is what matters. When I brought my order home I found that I was given the wrong order. It just so happened that someone had a pickup order placed at the same time and our names were very similar. When I called and spoke to the staff they were very courteous. They went above and beyond to fix what was an honest mistake. Shout out to the team at Noodles & Company in Meridian. They were great and I will be going back.

first time here. Really CLEAN. love that. employees are nice, and service is pretty fast. I love the pad Thai with chicken added. We also got the chicken Parmesan which wasn’t super good but not bad. would come again.

I visited the Boise, ID location on March 11th, 2024. Me and my wife were kind of tired of the standard fare, and we decided that we wanted to try something new. I wish that was what happened. We arrived at the store at just about 6pm, and there was a bit of a line. There was about three people in front of me and two behind. We weren't sure what was going on, but the line didn't move for about 10 minutes. So we just thought that the food was made for you while you wait in line. Then I looked around and saw there were three seated tables, all of which didn't have food. There was a tall guy behind the counter that didn't acknowledge any of us at all, save for the guy at the very front of the line, whom he told was "busy." After this wait, everyone in line decided to leave the resturaunt without so much as being acknowledged or an apology for the wait. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. There needs to be some serious retraining for the staff at this location. We decided to go to the Habit Burger in the same parking lot. I was greeted within about 10 seconds of walking in the door and recieved awesome service. I'd be willing to try again, and even to change the review if we get to taste the food. Until then though, we will be avoiding this resturant.

Ordered chicken parm, and the noodles were dry and tough. There was hardly any sauce. The chicken was overcooked. I am a long-time Noodles and Company fan, so I was very disappointed. The friendliness of the cashier was subpar as well. Maybe it was just an off day. It wouldn't stop me from trying again. It was my first time at this location, so it was definitely disappointing. The cheesy bread was delicious, and I was able to use the extra sauce to help the chicken parm along. To be truthful though, 3/4 of the chicken parm is still in my fridge, which literally NEVER happens with Noodles and Company leftovers! Will try again and hope for more typical delicious results.

All I gotta say is that ROYCE IS THE MAN! It was our first time eating here and he was very nice from the start, he checked up on how our meal was and I asked him a question about how I could order next time because my order was a little different than I wanted. Royce made sure I was 100% satisfied with what I got so he had my meal remade to my liking. All the staff was super friendly and welcoming.
The manager is very rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. Never had a good experience with her.

We went there to eat, but 2 tables were occupied and ALL of the other tables were dirty. All the workers were behind the counter, not one was cleaning the tables(or doing anything else, for that matter). We left and ate at Blaze Pizza instead. The Noodles and Co. by the mall had always been clean with good food and service. Not this one, though. We will not be going back again.
