This was a quick drive-by. I saw the sign and pulled in. Quick service and good food. I like going to Panda Express because I know the food is consistent and tasty. I really like that this location has a drive-through. Very convenient.

When you order a bowl and one plate and four orders of ragoons and get charged almost $33 thay had my order all wrong on my receipt which reflects my total. As you can see from the pic I didn't get shrimp all so vary dirty and staff was rude. This is the worst one I have been to. Will not be

I went through the drive through 30 mins ago . I got the the drive through at 8:50 , the worker told me on the speaker to hold on a minute . 10 minutes later I said hello? Can I order? He said yes sorry I forgot you were there . I ordered pulled around the corner and there was a car in front of me for 15 minutes , looked like he was Arguing with the worker . He kept having to show his receipt. Than I pulled up to the window , paid got my drink and watched all the workers standing out talking and fist bumping eachother . A chef brought out my food and sat it down on the counter 5 minutes later she gave me my food and slammed the window . This literally took 45 minutes with one person in front of me . I have had so many bad experiences here and I will not be back .

I typically visit this location and have usually not had any issues - aside from the fact that gift cards across all locations seem to never work properly. It always takes the cashier multiple swipes, scans, and number inputs to get them to apply to the order. This has happened across multiple locations and gift cards and it seems like Panda has yet to fix the issue. I know for a fact that these gift cards have money on them, too, as I've checked their balances online.Today, I decided to use up two gift cards (bad idea in hindsight) and redeem a rewards offer that was expiring. The first gift card applied after a few attempts, but didn't pay for the whole meal. I handed the casher the second gift card and after multiple attempts and the line starting to back up, they gave up and handed it back to me. There was no solution offered or even an apology, and we stood there awkwardly for a few moments before I begrudgingly paid for the rest of the meal.I'm frustrated that this has been a constant experience with Panda. I hate causing the line to back up, and having to unexpectedly pay for the meal when I wouldn't have ordered otherwise is disappointing. I've reached out to customer service, but if nothing comes of it, I likely won't be returning for a while. There are better places to spend my money on.

It took 30 full minutes to get through the drive thru with SIX people in front of me. It should NEVER take 30 minutes to get through six people, no matter how busy they are. Once I got to the front, they made me wait three additional minutes before I could even order. Absolutely ridiculous.
