I was FLABBER GASTED TODAY, I got to Murphy's on Fairview st by the gym. I got there early and as I was waiting to see the door open a young thick gal her name was Kyle, not sure of spelling. She was holding a large cat. I waited a minute till she opened the floor. I was hoping she was babysitting for ick this cat, and she says no it's my cat I leave him here at night to kill the mice and run off the rats. The way I understand it it's been going on for a minute. I'm sorry but I don't do dirty cats. I'll change stores and go to another one. Not a hater just not a fan of cat ladies, young or old. This was today 11/4, I was hopeful cat was a phony one from Halloween, no luck to that. Call me done. The manager thought it was normal, wrong!

A few Saturdays ago I went into this Papa Murphy's which I have used for approximately 20 years. I wanted three calzones. I looked in the cooler and found only one so I told the person at the counter what I wanted. He said "wait a minute" and headed to the back. He then told me that he only had dough for one. I questioned this since 3:00pm on a Saturday seemed like it would be a busy time for them. He said that was the way it was. I then tried to make an adjustment in order to feed my family. I told him I would take the one from the cooler, the one that he could make, and a pizza in place of the other one. I took the one from the cooler and saw it had an expiration date of that day and pointed that out to him. At this time he said "You are being rude and I want you to get out of here. I told him (mistakenly) that I didn't have to because it was a public place. He then lost all control and said "get your b**ch a** out of here or I will call the police." I told him I wished he would and he screamed "I said to get your f***king a** out of here" and started from around the counter in my direction. I stood still and said "I know you are not going to touch me." He then turned toward the door and screamed "no, I'm going to hold the door for you----get the f**K out. As I passing through the door he started stomping back in yelling "f**k you" several times. I am 69 years old and taught Junior high and High school for 29 years and have NEVER been talked to in that manner. Needless to say I will never enter that establishment again. A very traumatizing experience to say the least.

We ordered two pizzas and discovered MULTIPLE long blonde hairs in the pizza. At first, we thought it was an accident and just one slice and then my kids found it on 4 other slices and we completely lost appetite and tossed it.$30 down the drain and totally turned off. :(Would love a refund because it was a special treat for us to order it and it was ruined.

I often come here Tueadays, for their $12 any large pizza deal and I order the garden veggie toppings but I ask for their dairy free cheese, substituted for their dairy cheese. They usually charge me $12. They have a sign that says $12 any large pizza. Today they said they they have to charge me $15 for a large pizza because of the vegan cheese, and justified it by talking about their costs to make it. You can't advertise $12 any large pizza and charge me $15 for a large pizza.

Good papa Murphy's. walked right in ordered my pizza and got it 5 minutes later. Nobody rolled their eyes at me, see other reviews lol. Overall great experience. I've ordered from this place a few times and I've never had a hick up.
