They are the slowest fast food place ever. After I was told I can't mix bone in and tenders I finished ordering and paying and then they tell me it is going to be 15 minutes for chicken.
Food was pretty good but service was Very slow, the employee taking our order seemed new. We waited over 15 minutes for fries, but when we opened the order (to go) the fries and the rest of my meal were not there. I called and let the manager know he offered to remake the food at no charge but we had already left town.. He took my email and said he would send gift certificates.. have not received them yet.

I ordered a 16 piece order of chicken. I asked what parts we would get. The guy told me that we would get 4 breasts, 4 thighs, 4 legs, and 4 wings so that is what we were expecting. We got 4 breasts, 3 thighs, 2 legs and 7 wings. All of it was dried out. It was a very disappointing meal.
