Now I wish I actually got pictures of the food but it was that good the phones weren’t even touched.My husband and myself are Hispanic and have lived here 30+ years and in the past good authentic Mexican food usually is in nampa and Caldwell area, BUT today was our first time at Pueblo Lindo and this is hands down the best Mexican authentic restaurant we have ate at in a VERY VERY long time. I got the steak ranchero. The portion was very generous. The seasoning on the steak was perfect. The steak itself was cooked perfectly and the sauce they use is delicious!My husband got the steak fajitas his steak was also cooked perfectly and the seasoning and sauce was also very flavorful. Once again very generous portions. The service it self there is very welcoming. We were checked on often to make sure everything was good and we had what we needed. We will definitely be regulars here. I highly recommend Pueblo Lindo!!

I did pick up and the picture says it all… and No… I did not spill it and I was home within 15 mins in cool weather…The ice cream was melted when I picked it up! The chips & salsa taste great. The chimichanga was good. The tamale is too thick and we didn’t get our flour tortillas with our fajitas. Very disappointed!

The food here is SO good! The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Dinners are also inexpensive compared to other Mexican restaurants. We love Pueblo Londo!

First time at Pueblo Lindo. The staff was so inviting, I felt like I was at home! The food was very good, the atmosphere was great, and very clean. We are always looking for good Mexican food. Most of the time we take home a doggie bag, but the food was so good, we just kept eating until there was nothing left on our plates! Thank you for a great dining experience!
