Shari's was fine. There were many people wanting to eat and not a lot of people to serve those people....so we waited. The server was pleasant but very busy. My food was good but then you have to love pancakes.Parking: Lots of parking...easy handicap accessible.

Ordered a French dip, nearly needed a steak knife to eat it. Half inch thick meat chunks and real grisly... not alot of meat on there either, mostly grisle kitchen staff doesn't seem to care about the food sending product out like that.... waste of money

The food is always good. The service is always wonderful! The prices are great for this area. The atmosphere is fine but rather old and dates, including the run down feeling in the parking lot. It could use some attention. But we go here often anyway as we feel it is priced fairly for the area and the service always shines. The pie is excellent if you love pie. Use the app for great deals and rewards.Regarding accessibility, the parking is pretty good although the paint lines and signs are worn out beyond their time. A facelift to the parking lot would do wonders. Handicap parking is right in front of the entrance and ramped. It is about 20 feet from the car to the entry door. There is a double door at the entrance with adequate space to move with mobility equipment.The bathroom is a bit tough with a scooter but with a walker, it is okay, not great. I had to leave my scooter in the hall and grasp the walls to go in.The booths are very old and dates, so if you have leg or core strength issues, it can be tough to get out of the booth and the high backs give you nothing to lean on to lift yourself. This is the think I like the least at Shari's.The staff make up for it.Update: They do not clear the parking lot in the winter. We stopped going here due to that. Dangerous clumped snow and ice. Not too welcoming. Even the staff that brought my order to the car as I could not get out of it due to this said, 'Please, do complain to corporate. We are getting sick of hearing all the complaints.' Good luck Shari's!!

I feel bad giving only one star because the service was good; however, in what universe is a 16oz soda worth $3.50? It's absolutely ridiculous! We won't be back. These corporations need to stop being greedy!

Had a family To Go order for breakfast this morning. My children's and husband's food was fine, everything was correct on our order. It was my cinnamon roll French toast that was burnt, I could smell it immediately after opening the package. I was able to eat 1 slice out of 3. I tried to scrape off the carbon from a second piece, but i could still taste it. So disappointing. I truly wanted their cinnamon-sation meal, but this was the closest I could get. Then, what i ordered was inedible. Ugh....

Over the past few years these restaurants have gone down hill. They are also never open as late as they say they are online. Don't waste your time driving to these diners unless you're 2 hrs before they "close".

We ordered breakfast items at dinner time. I picked my order up and took it home. The breakfast items were average (3-star). We also ordered pie, which was excellent (5-star). Our food was done on time and it was simple and quick to pick up.
