I hate to do this and will revise my rating IF they get a new Google review page of their own. This is no longer the Bosnian grill that has over 200 great reviews. They were bought out and the menu is drastically different. Because we went there hoping for our favorite Bosnian dishes, we ordered the few things that had carried over from the old menu (cevapi, cabbage rolls, loaded fries, baclava, and sofra cake). All were just as delicious as they used to be, to the point that it's clear the have the recipes and the old owner might even be making that delicious cake for them. I am so sad things have changed but it is good to know that we can still stop by for some cevapi when we have the craving. However, I am only giving one star as I feel it is very misleading to keep all the Google reviews for a restaurant that is not representative of the one you are trying to run. Try and make it on your own and you will gain a lot more respect. We even saw a couple walk out when they realized it wasn't actually Sofra and we would have done the same if those menu items hadn't been available.

Such a wonderful restaurant. My husband and I went in with few expectations and man were we blown away. Wonderful service and such great food. A must try is the lamb sliders. We will definitely be back.

I hate leaving a bad review on a place that used to be such good food. It used to be authentic, with amazing food, great taste, and now its soups, burgers, and a new management which turned it into American food, and often not even cooked completely. The taste, vibe, and menu is gone, the lunch menu is actually their full menu. It was such a disappointment.

WARNING. Want amazing home style Bosnian food? This is no longer the go-to place. New management has taken over and disingenuously kept the name. I can’t fault a place for having a Spartan menu, but if you do, your offerings better be up to par, and boy howdy were they not. The food is bland, flavorless, poorly constructed, and wrongly textured. If paying 30+$ for a T.V. Dinner is your idea of a good time, that’s what you’ll be getting now.

The owner has some awesome costumer service and it's got a great vibe! Would definitely recommend checking it out!!

This place is an actual disgrace. Do not order from here. They sold out to fit the American diet. They changed the menu and cut all the culture from it. I hope you are blessed enough to read this before entering their establishment. Unless you are white and have no soul then go ahead and enjoy

BEWARE. The original Bosnian grill we know and love now is American food. Biggest disgrace, i don’t know why they think that’s what the people want. Food used to be traditional, delicious. Why?! Now it’s garbage, basic. Everything on the menu I can make at home

Not good. Not bosnian food. Dont go there thinking you will eat something good. The ownership is changed and this is now american bistro. They have couple of bosnian dishes on their menu, but they dont know how to make it the right way.

New to the area and enjoying trying different restaurants. We ordered the spinach pie and cabbage rolls. Both were delicious. The phyllo dough is made fresh daily. Definitely will go back and try other items on the menu.

If I could do no stars I would, I placed an order two weeks ago for platters of food for my son’s birthday. The manager wrote down my order, rang me up and put it on her calendar. I just go there now to pick up my order for birthday which is tomorrow and she tells me she lost my order. And didn’t say sorry or anything. Didn’t seem to care. Thank god I didn’t pay yet. Thank god for my mother in law that’s Bosnian and can make it for me, which is true Authentic Bosnian food. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

If you haven't tried this authentic high quality restaurant, you're truly missing out. Simply superb, fresh, made-from-scratch food. A remarkable find and a spot worth moving to Boise for. It's that good. These outstanding tastes were complemented by a very hard working and proud owner. We loved it!
