I went to pick up a doordash order right before they closed and was they told me they would bring the order out to me. The staff instead closed the store and went home without saying anything. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time instead of just telling me you weren't going to make it.

This location doesn’t know the meaning of Easy Ice in their drinks. I consistently get a cup full of ice and very little drink. If I wanted mostly ice then I would buy a bag of ice. I love Sonics drinks so I continue to come here, but I’ll be asking for no ice in my drinks from now on and will add my own ice.

If I didn't have to put a one-star to put a review on here I sure in the hell wouldn't have left a one-star review I used to love Sonic I just went there and spent a lot of money ordering 10 corn dogs and a couple of slushes me and my husband loves slushes their corn dogs were ice cold their service really sucked I will not go back to that Sonic ever again be warned

Danny’s customer service at Sonic Drive-In was outstanding. Despite the busy rush hour, he greeted me with a genuine smile and took my order promptly and accurately. He was incredibly polite and patient, even offering suggestions from the menu when I seemed undecided. Danny ensured that my order was prepared quickly and made sure to confirm that everything was to my satisfaction before I left. I've been going to this Sonic since they opened here in Meridian. They do a pretty dang good job. The foot long coney w/Chili, and cheese it scrumptious! So are a lot of their other items on the menu. I Love their tator tots! Yumm!

Every single time I've order from here the order is wrong. I specifically ask for no cheese on the burgers and they still put the cheese on the burgers. And when I ask for no whipped cream on the shakes they still give me the whipped cream but no cherry???
The young lady that helped us was very wonderful through the drive-thru. Very helpful with the silly order from my 6-year-old. Food could have been a bit less expensive for the quality and portions.

Okay, I have only ever had issues with this location and closing early and not responding on the entercom.
Their staff needs retrained on how to make their limeade. I love the app I love the half off drinks, but they make my limeade wrong frequently They consistently forget to put cherries with the limes In the ice. I called the manager one day he apologized so I went to get my drink replaced and they did The same thing again. I never called back the second time. I just hit the other one in Meridian on Overland now.

We were the only customers and it took 19 minutes to get a burger combo and chicken sandwich combo. Then the food was just barley warm, made us pay .50cents each for 2 ranch which ok but not normal for sonic. The staff was just playing around inside seeing who could catch tots in thier mouths from different distances. Won't visit this sonic again.
