Women’s restroom was dirty. They were busy so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but it took 30+ mins to get our order in the drive thru. We got a shake & there was barely any in the cup. The whipped cream didn’t even reach the top of the cup. We did eventually get all our food. Had to sit there and wait for them to come back to the window to get our straws. Food was ok. Lettuce and onions looks really old and slimy.

I love that even though this is a drive-in and a drive-thru, they still have great service and wonderful attitudes towards their customers.Kid-friendliness: They have a wonderful menu for the kids with drinks galore in every flavor you can imagine and so many dessert options.

Unfortunately sonic has gone way down hill over the past few years. Cold fries, cold cheese sticks, long long wait, which btw is fine if the food was amazing, but I wait and wait and wait then get cold limp, fries...... sonic used to be amazing.
Super annoying when you pull in 30 minutes until close on a Friday night for some late night shakes and the workers shut off the lights and ignore us.

I have been to this Sonic multiple times and they've never gotten it right on the first try. This time it was cold, stale fries. Once, it was a burger that looked like it was dipped in grease. It's almost always a quality issue, even if the order is correct. It's almost as if they're intentionally trying to push the limits of food safety. If you order food here, check it carefully before you drive away.

They took forever to come to the counter, but it was lunch rush, so I understand. However, this rush does happen pretty much daily, and they should probably have someone ready to take orders. Otherwise, great!
