I don't know if chicken is y'alls weak point, but I was severely dissapointed in the quality of popcorn chicken in my meal. It would have been good had there been more than 4 pieces that had any chicken in them. I got a cup of just fried breading for like a $10+ meal. I don't blame the employees for scooping what they got left, but y'all gotta fix the way you do your stuff in the kitchen for this price.Great Mozarella sticks at least ?

Ordered the corn dog meal. The girl said there was not one. I told there is one. Then she realized there was one...a kid's corn dog meal.Tots were cold, corn dog was warm after a 10 minute wait.

The inside is filthy. Trash cans were over flowing, chairs all askew, trash left on tables and on the floor. The food wasn’t prepared properly (ie fried til black chicken, yet raw inside). Won’t be going back.

Sat in the car stall for 15 minutes watching other cars come & go with their orders when we asked about our order they had no idea what happened, waited another 15 minutes while we watched several cars come & go.. finally went inside they asked again what I had ordered! ?Absolute worst service.. even for fast food!

Piss poor management that is all about making an extra dime than customer service. Current ‘manager’ is a perfect example!I come here multiple times per week. Usually order a carbonated water and it is $.55. Today I go and the ‘manager’ tries to charge me $3.17. When I ask she says because of the carbonation they charge just like a soda. It’s water, not soda and carbonation is on the machine already for soda syrup. I’m not asking for anything extra. When I stated I come almost daily for this and never have an issue she rudely says to me she will make sure to let her employees know so they all charge the full price. What happened to customer service??? I think it is the management that needs training. My family for sure will not be going back to this location!

I wanted to try the new peanut butter bacon burger and figured since it’s my birthday week I’d get it because it sounded fun. However, I found a nasty medium-length black hair intertwined throughout the meat after I had taken a couple small bites. I pulled it out and kept looking only to find another strand (see pic) leaving me and my boyfriend both to completely lose our appetites and throw away the remainder of our entire meals. I’m so thankful I chose to use a fork and knife to eat the food otherwise I would’ve eaten all of that hair. Serious health code violations must be going on in this location because we almost never have had a single issue with hair being in food. We are never eating from any Sonic location again. Thank you to whoever made this meal around 8:30pm on 1/10/24- you caused two regulars to find another, higher quality, place to frequent.
