This Starbucks literally stole money from me. Be careful when leaving a tip on the credit card reader. I ordered a Grande iced Vanilla Latte that came out to $6.10. She showed me the card reader for a tip, but the sun glare was making hard to see, so I said you can add $1 option. I look at my bank account today I was charged $11.10. They literally stole $4 from me. I won't be leaving tips going forward.

This is THE slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I waited 24min for 1 beverage-no food. I was a walk in customer and it's clear they prioritize the drive through customers only. Very disorganized and overwhelmed. There was only two other in-store customers and about 5 cars in the drive-thru.

I went to get a quad shot small breve and they charged me $8 for this little drink. No one else charges this much, stop robbing people. The manager Jackie refused to fix it, but i blame your corporation for this corrupt pricing. Avoiding Starbucks as much as possible, and telling ppl to stay away.

So it's a chain, so you basically get the same quality of food/drinks regardless of location but this location falls short. So I ordered a London Fog, the girl wasn't sure they could make it because they were out of Earl Grey. Fine let's do an English breakfast tea for my Londin Fog instead. Get my drink and low and behold, it's just tea. Literally just tea. And to top it all of the tea bags were open so my tea was filled with tea leaves. Gross.

So I have been getting the same drink for over 3 years and I normally don’t visit this store usually for work and the last 3 visit (and only visits) I have had were horrible. First visit tasted like the wrong drink completely but what can you do when your trying to get to work on time, chalked it up to just an error and let it go. Second visit 10/28 in the morning before 9am they gave me a drink with no coffee but this fell on the cashier due to not listening to me and took my order wrong, again running into work didn’t have time to go back and have them fix it especially during morning rush hour. Third visit this morning 10/29 not only did they do the same thing, but I had to go through the drive through twice for her to come to the window to fix my coffee, she was not only condescending and rude, but when I tried to explain what happened the day before she literally turned her back on me as a customer that was very poor service. Then when she brought me my drink and it was still wrong, so please Starbucks if your going to put people in the drive through make they have good people skills and have active listening skills. Safely say I will drive the extra distance now cause this store can’t seem to get it right.
